Dr. Larry Lieberman began his career as a dentist over 30 years ago. After his undergraduate studies at SUNY Cortland, NY he continued his education and graduated from the prestigious NYU College of Dentistry. He furthered his dental training as a resident at Bergen Pines County Hospital, Paramus, NJ. After a few short, snowy winters he moved south and has practiced in the Palm Harbor area since 1984.
Dr. Lieberman in his commitment to provide the best and most up-to-date care, has a strong belief in continuing education. Yearly he and his staff complete numerous hours of continuing education. He has graduated from the Pankey Institute of Dental Excellence and the Misch Institute for Implantology. Some other institutions of study are:
In addition, he has lectured both locally and nationally on subjects such as cosmetic dentistry, practice management, snoring and sleep apnea, nutrition, non-surgical periodontal disease and lasers in dentistry. Dr. Lieberman teaches at the University of Florida.
Dr. Whitney Gray began his dental career after studying and graduating from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (undergraduate) and Chapel Hill (post graduate, DDS). Prior to joining the Dental Arts of Palm Harbor, Dr. Gray practiced in the US Virgin Islands.
Our dental hygiene department has over 25 years of experience. Our hygienists, Angela and Stephanie provide excellence in all aspects of preventive and routine hygiene care. Their goal is to educate their patients on what good oral health looks like, and prevent the advances of gum disease through regular hygiene maintenance. Using the Cavitron ultrasonic scaler, a prophy jet 'sandblaster' and hand scaling, each patient can expect to come away with a clean, fresh smile. In addition, they routinely check for bone loss and gum health and oral cancer using the Velscope. Caring for the overall health of their patients is also important, so blood pressure and health histories are regularly assessed.
Our dental assistants have assisted in providing state of the art dental care for over 40 years. Our caring team of Theresa, Barbie, and Stacey assist Dr. Lieberman in all aspects of dental treatment. Their goal is to provide excellent service and answer all of their patients questions and needs. Assisting in procedures from tooth whitening & smile design to crowns made in our office in one day, they each treat every patient like family, with warmth, humor and compassion. These assistants are the very best in the Tampa Bay area.
Our team at the front office have assisted patients scheduling and financial needs for over 30 years. From the first voice you hear when phoning the office, to assisting with your scheduling and financial concerns, Tari, Teresa, Cyndi, Janis, Ashlen, MaryJane, and Debbie are there to help. Our office is very insurance friendly and works hard to help you understand your insurance coverage. In addition, our wonderful team will sit down with each patient going over treatment options and provide financial payment options to meet their needs.

I travel from St. Petersburg Fl, 40 minutes for Dr. Lieberman and his team, especially Joann. I've been a patient for almost 10 years and can't say enough about each and every staff member, many of them have been there since I became a patient. They all have a caring way, a quick joke and overall warm energy. I had a few bite level cavities that I kept postponing for yearand had the wonderful laser treatment with no shots and no pain. I never wait and I'm in and out.

I was able to get appt very quickly. Receptionist very friendly and efficient.Dental assistant was very efficient, caring and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. dentist did good job working me in between scheduled appts.He did a great job making sure procedure was painless. I will definitely use this office from now on.

The best dentists in the Tampa Bay Area! Dr. Larry and Dr. Gray are totally amazing! Revered in their field, and highly trained. The staff is always so genuinely nice. They know you by name, nobody can do that anymore. This is a gem, quality businesses rarely exist like this in 2022. Unbelievably comfortable and tremendous dentistry. 10/5 stars.

Visited this office last week for a crown with Dr. Gray. The staff is so kind and the doctor was so gentle. I was out in time to go back to work with absolutely no pain. Can't say enough good things about this office!

After several visits my permeate retainer that is 25 years old came out on 1 side. A year ago they did a permeate fix with a cost of over $2000. Today the whole thing popped out again. They did the work without letting me know a cost and I didn't last. Not happy at all with this dentist and won't be going back!! I would not recommend them at all.

Dr Lieberman's office is state of the art. His staff is exceptional. Dr Lieberman is highly professional. I would recommend him with more than the 5 stars available. I am a retired Dentist and know the high level of care that is provided with Dr Lieberman and his staff.

I have been to at least 10 Dentist in Pinellas County. I've lived here since 1985 Dr.Gray at Dental Arts of Palm Harbor is the best one. Gentle and kind the office is very clean. The assistant Abby was very thorough and made the appointment easy for me to understand. The office staff are very helpful as well. If your looking for a dentist that will take wonderful care of you please try Dental Arts of Palm Harbor you will be glad you did.

HAD MY 4 MONTH CLEANING ( WITH JO ) AND I WAS AS USUAL VERY PLEASED , NOT ONLY WITH HER , BUT THE ENTIRE PRACTICE . MY HUSBAND & I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR A WHILE AND WE BOTH LOVE THE DENTISTS AND THE STAFF!! MaryJae and the other older ladies up front make you feel like you are beneath them, they judge you upon opening the door and don't care about your needs, pain or expedient treatment, (obviously because the first thing they ask is "can I have your insurance card"?" when you walk in the door) with your cheek as swollen as a baseball. Other offices have brought me right back, offered me an icepack or a cold cloth while I waited (implants apparently don't last as long as they say) I travel constantly and when I have sought out other offices after root canals gone bad or a failed implant, my pain and comfort were of utmost importance to them, NOT HERE, the almighty dollar rules all of the "Dental Arts" locations. It's a CORPORATION that only cares about their bottom line. There is no CARE in this healthcare office. But the joke is on them, I have Cigna Dental Full Coverage and supplemental insurance. I just had my final fitting for my crown. Thank you for being so overtly nasty MaryJae, otherwise I would probably still be in your horrible care. You are losing revenue because your front desk personnel don't know how to treat people.
