Such a great office! Super clean TJ and Dr. Lue work so well together. They were really friendly and put my husband at ease about getting his teeth worked on. Definitely recommend!!!!

This has to be one of the best dentists I have ever been too! Everyone is super sweet and they take amazing care of you. I highly recommend them.

I called this morning (around 10:45 am) and tried to make an appointment for my mom. The girl who answered the phone had no interest in helping me after she heard the word "Medicare" Even though I attempted several times to let her know that although my mom has Medicare that she is covered through a private insurance for dental, Anthem Insurance. I let her know that I was given their number by Anthem and she insisted that they no longer take Anthem and then hung up the phone on me. I tried to call back to ask why she was rude and it went straight to voicemail. This girl is rude, unprofessional and disrespectful and should not be answering the phone for her extremely poor customer service and for treating a potential customer with such unprofessionalism and disrespect.

I love Dr. Batorfalvy services. Lovely doctor. Too bad that her workers Joanna and Christine are not very professional on their job. I almost think that they do not like me because I am Latina. Oh well, farewell Dr. B. I will have to ask for my refund on my mouth guard that I never got and refund for my mother's denture that never fitted correctly. Hopefully we can solve this matter peacefully. _______________________________________________________________________ Here is an update from this office, 2 years later and my mom never got the refund for her denture that never fit. I guess this people are not to be trusted. Maybe I need to go to small claim court to get the money back.

I just had the best dental experience! Small cavity, limited numbing, filled quickly, and done quickly. I spent less than 45 minutes at the dentists. I highly recommend this dental practice.

I actually enjoy going to the dentist!! Everyone is very pleasant and helpful. I've been going to Terry, the dental hygienist ,for years and she is so friendly and skilled!! I enjoy checking in with Dr. B too.She is a true professional and has created a spa environment with the relaxing, warm neck pillow and the wonderful paraffin hand wrap.

I recently moved to Goshen not knowing anyone or anywhere. I had a dental emergency and contacted Dental Arts. I spoke to Suzanne who I absolutely adore! She was so kind and made me feel like I knew her forever. She got me in to see Dr. B immediately. The staff is amazing along with the hygienist. Suzanne treats you as a person rather then a chart number. And did I mention they offer complementary services. I highly recommend dental arts of Orange County.

I go back annually for my checkup and teeth cleaning. The staff is professional and courteous. This time, hygienist Theresa performed the cleaning and she did a wonderful job. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I was very satisfied with my visit they were very thorough and very pleasant and I was very happy when I left there. The hygienist that clean my teeth was absolutely wonderful she was a beautiful woman just have a great personality. the Main dentistshe was also very pleasant and I am very happy with them and I would recommend them highly to anybody that wants a great dental office also just want to mention the office staff was extremely Pleasant. Thank you for making me feel very comfortable.
