Today was my first cleaning at Dental arts in Hackensack with Ravi. I loved the experience and the staff were very nice and welcoming. Highly recommend visiting Dental Arts. I am starting my orthodontist treatment soon and cannot wait for Doctor Molina to help me with obtain the best smile that I can have!

The employees here alway make me feel welcomed and comfortable. Amazing staff . They're able to answer any of my questions and work with my hectic schedule. Dr. Tawil was amazing thru the process for my ortho. I can't stop smiling.

I'm so happy that my family member recommended this dental practice to me! The ENTIRE team (administrative, clinical, etc.) is very welcoming and accommodating. I've been a patient for approximately 3.5+ years, and I've never had a bad experience. Every time I attend a visit, I'm greeted with a warm smile, and I'm treated like family. I can even recall my first visit as a brand new patient - I felt the warmth from the start, and I knew that if I ever needed anything or noticed any concerning symptoms, I could count on this practice to take care of me. Today's visit was a perfect example of such. For the past 2-3 days, I noticed that I had a new onset of sensitivity in my lower jaw. I didn't think it was anything too serious, at first... but I figured I would reach out to the practice just so I could try to make an appointment for next week to address the situation. Jahaira answered the phone, and she was extremely sweet and professional! Once I explained my situation, she made it clear that it would be best for me to get to the office sooner rather than later (especially considering the fact that I was experiencing pain). She proceeded to offer an appointment time for this afternoon, and I accepted. This alone was impressive to me.. I personally considered my phone call to be a last minute call.. so I didn't believe it would be possible to get a same day appointment (because I thought today's schedule would already be full by the time I phoned in). I couldn't have been more wrong. I'm still in awe of how quickly and efficiently Jahaira was able to help me. I arrived at the office, and I didn't even have to wait for too long, at all! I was called in and escorted to the exam room, x-rays were taken, and the images were reviewed by the physician that was in charge of my care for today, Dr. Reyes From what I remember, I don't think I've met Dr. Reyes before today's appointment... BUT BOY WAS SHE KIND! She introduced herself to me as she greeted me with a smile and she let me know that she would be the one taking care of me. After viewing my x-ray images, it was evident that the root issue that was causing my pain was not as MINOR as I initially thought it was.. there was some work that needed to be done in order to correct it. I typically do not have that many issues with my teeth on a regular basis, so one could imagine that I was pretty nervous to hear this. However, despite my nerves, Dr. Reyes was extremely patient and calming. She was able to address my questions and concerns, which in turn, reduced my fears and put me at ease. I was assured that despite the problem and the work that needed to be done for correction, I was in good hands. She took her time with me, and got the job done. Dr. Reyes really knows her stuff! To conclude today's visit, I walked over to the check out desk, and I was greeted by another lovely lady named, Stephanie. Yet again, peak professionalism was observed in her actions, as well. I was greeted with a smile, and she graciously assisted me in scheduling my next appointment. Besides the folks I've mentioned in this particular review, I have to emphasize that the ENTIRE team is absolutely wonderful. On seperate occasions, I've also been cared for by different dental hygienists (i.e. Nadia, and others), different healthcare professionals (i.e. Dr. Jue, Dr. Molina, herself), and other clinical staff members whose names I, unfortunately, cannot remember at this time. Each of them have done a great job in assisting me with my dental needs. Again, I'm extremely grateful that my loved one recommended this practice to me. I went in for today's appointment while I was in pain and feeling nervous, but I left feeling a sense of relief on many different levels! If someone were to ask me for a recommendation to a dental practice, Dental Arts of Hackensack would DEFINITELY be the practice that I would mention. Thanks again, and keep up the great work, guys!
