Dr. Sanders, her hygenist, Twee, and the staff are absolutely wonderful. They are well priced and never recommend work that is not necessary. This is the best dental office I have ever been lucky enough to find. I highly recommend Dr Sanders. You will not be disappointed!

Dental Arts of Frisco is a professional yet very personable and comfortable experience. Dr. Sanders actually consults with you before she does anything. She explains what your issues are and exactly what she will need to do to correct them. Her staff is super nice and easy to talk to. She also gives you a quote as to what it will cost you before she does any work. Their equipment is state of the art and Dr. Sanders makes sure you do not feel any pain. I love it when a dentist checks on you every few seconds when they are working on your teeth. That small courtesy makes a big difference. I would absolutely recommend Dental Arts of Frisco to anyone that has had a bad experience at a Shopping Center Dental office. I have never had a better Dental Experience. Thank you Dr. Sanders and Team!

As usual Ms Do & Dr Sanders took great care of me. Dr Sanders is the only dentist my wife & I have gone to since we moved to Frisco in 2018 & do not planto change. The front desk personnel are also nice & helpful.

By far the most comfortable experience and least confusing dental visit I've ever had! Very clean and modern office, as well as friendly staff and doctor! I've been always nervous to go to my dental appointments but my experience at this clinic melt that fear away and finally I found a dentist that I wouldn't hate seeing again! Highly recommend.

Facility was comfortable and inviting. Front desk interaction was light and fun. they provided clear guidance on the path forward for my children's future care and worked with my insurance to get the best out-of-pocket cost for me. I thought I found the right dentist since being new to TX, but later I'd learn otherwise. I really liked the service of the dentist and her staff. The hygienist were great. It was then recommended that I get a crown on a tooth that already had a filling. It wasn't bothering me at the time.. So I went from having no pain in that tooth to being in pain and sensitivity off and on for months. There was some kind of infection going on. It finally ran its course after about 6 months and a request from me for antibiotics. However, things happen so I'm not blaming the dentist for this. Things got weird after that. I went in for a regular cleaning during 2020 the pandemic lock down year. I was told my mouth was in great shape and to schedule for 6 mths. I then went in a few months after because I lost my retainers. Oh boy then I was told I needed a crown in an area I was never told about b4. I had previously asked about that tooth for unrelated reasons, but was NEVER given a quote or was told I had anything wrong at all. Now all of a sudden there is a huge new cavity and I need a crown. I asked the Dr to pull my old x-rays and tell me yes or no if I have a cavity. I was given a consultation instead and never a clear yes or now. It is shadowing in that area!!!! Huh? Also, the retainers never got ordered. I called in 2 weeks later to see when they would be ready for pick up, but they never ordered them because they had me down for a cheaper kind. What's strange is if they looked at the receipt and checked my 360 xray they did they would have known what I ordered. Additionally, they looked at me as if I was the problem for questioning these things. I'm annoyed that I need to find a new dentist.

Dr Sanders and The Dental Arts team are very friendly and make every visit such a great experience!! I actually look forward to my appointments!! They do a really great job!! Their new X-ray equipment makes X-rays really comfortable and fast too!!!

I had a wonderful first experience at Dental Arts of Frisco! From the initial welcome to the final service I left feeling at ease and well taken care of. Jennifer was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I only came in for a cleaning but after consulting with her I decided to add a teeth whitening treatment. I am beyond happy with my results. Her attention to detail and talent was apparent. Thank you so much! I will be returning.

PHENOMENAL! Amazing!! FANTASTIC! Exceptional!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Sanders is kind, gentle, understanding, and has years of experience. Jennifer, my hygienist, made the x-rays quick and easy! She was gentle and kind. Both were excellent and very complimentary. I had a terrible dental experience which prevented me from going to the dentist for 3 years I was super anxious about this appointment and I certainly found the right people who eased my fears!! Dental Arts of Frisco is a well established business, so they don't perform unnecessary treatments. The front desk staff is equally friendly & outstanding! I am thrilled that I found my permanent Dentist & Hygienist!

Unfortunately, I had the worst experience ever and I'm still suffering for taking the advice of the Dentist to place a crown on a tooth that I didn't even come in for. I came for a regular cleaning and was told that my old filling were old and I need to get them drilled out cleaned and a crown. Boy was this a sell story. I took the advice and now I have pain on a tooth that I never went in for in the first placed. I had to return more than 4 times to no prevail and spent over 2K. WORST DECISION EVER WAS TO VISIT THIS LOCATION AND TAKE THE ADVICE. IF YOUR TEETH ISN'T HURTING, DON'T TRUST THE "PROACTIVE" SOLUTION RECOMMEND. ITS FOR THEIR PROFIT AND YOUR PAIN AND POCKET BOOK. Now, I need to find a new dentist to fix a problem that was created by this Dentist. What a pity!! overall, she was nice, but the pain and money spent for this ongoing issue isn't cool. Hate I took her advice!!
