I've been going to this dentist for over ten years and he does a great job of calming me down bc I'm super terrified of dentists! Recently I was very sad that a root canal tooth from an older dentist fell out and I now need an implant. That costs a lot of money so I was sad bc I knew I can't afford it but also that the tooth affects my SMILE. They calmed me down and helped me apply for Care Credit, which I was approved for and can now get my tooth fixed! In addition, I love that I can go in for my teeth cleanings or emergencies on the weekend!

This is the worst dental office I have ever had. Where do I start? They don't do cleanings during the week and only on the weekend. The front office staff has been awful for years. Now they are wanting to charge us $25 to email my records over when leaving their office. This place is a scam and I have given them dozens of chances. Don't make the same mistake I did and just find a different Dentist. It's for the best. Trust me!

Run, don't walk away from this place. Got a filling here two months ago b/c my normal dentist couldn't fit me in. I had immediate pain following the treatment (headaches, tooth sensitivity). My normal dentist finally got me in for an annual cleaning and told me that tooth was fractured and needed a crown. I went back to dental arts for a second opinion and was told my filling needed a replacement- no mention of a fracture. I went to a third dentist for another opinion and sureeeeee enough. There's a fracture there. I understand a fracture is a risk of getting a cavity filled, but to not even notice it when I came in for a check in and proceed to charge me for X-rays anyway? Wish I never walked into this place.

I am very sad and disappointed, I had the misfortune to get Dr. Piteu that seems to me to be learning, because my teeth were horrible, much worse than it was before.

Dr. Tepedino and rest of the stuff are amazing. Especially his assistant Ashton. Hopefully I spelled her name right. She made the experience so comfortable for me.

After I expressed that I had no Insurance or Medicare and on a fixed SSA buget of 1300 a month I was humiliated in front of your staff with a 9,000.00 bill of expenses it would take before removing two broken teeth that were beneath the gum line and causing discomfort and pain. Not only were the teeth not extracted, I was charged for an evaluation of 100. dollars and out the door without advice as to how i could get relief. I left in tears.

Although the dentist did not fix my mother's issue, they were all kind and caring.

I had an emergency few hours before taking a trip on a Saturday. The service was excellent. They got me in really fast, the staff was very polite and professional, and Dr. Patel provided a top class service. Clear explanations, gentle, great bedside manners and he did a great job. I was able to go on my trip without problems.

Excellent treatment on same day for emergency re-cementing of old crowns. In and out surprisingly quickly. Great as always.

I never really write any reviews and for me to be doing this right now, you know I'm very upset. I don't even know where to start. Wasted my time coming here. My daughter's appointment was today at 130pm for an extraction consult. 30mins waiting in the lobby, I asked how much longer we have to wait, they told me they are just waiting for my insurance. So you mean to tell me they are just now verifying my insurance. But when I made this appointment I made sure the front desk verified my insurance and that I'm in network. They even called me back to confirmed my insurance is good and I don't have to pay anything except if an X-ray is needed to be done, I'll have to pay $40. When I told them that someone already verified my Insurance and I spoke to someone, all of a sudden they called my daughter to go back in. When we got to the back, they just left us there to continue to wait and wait nobody knows the reason why my daughter was there, which I specifically told them the reason when I made the appointment. 245pm we're still waiting in the back no one has checked on us. I have to go back to work also my daughter have to go back to school (which she ended up missing the rest of the afternoon) the staff were unprofessional didn't even have the courtesy to talk to me, apologize or at least try to tell me why they are taking so long or why they're running so behind. I don't understand, my daughter and I are the only ones there no other patients waiting or being seen. We left, and it was just easy for them to let us go just like that, didn't even care. If we just stayed there we would've been waiting forever. They won't talk to you or acknowledge you unless you say something. I tried to call the office as we were leaving to speak with the office manager, no one is answering, it just kept ringing. I think it's because they see that it was me calling on the caller ID. I just want them to disregard, shred all our information. I will not be coming back here. I don't recommend this place at all.

Dr. Tepedino and rest of the stuff are amazing. Really caring, professional and respectful. Such a great experience, from scheduling appointment to the end was a breeze. I had two root canals done, never felt any pain or discomfort . I didn't have a dental insurance and prices were totally reasonable.

I am extremely happy to have found this practice, I had a few teeth removed today, and the Dr was so gentle, and staff very compassionate. The office is spotless. I will update review on completion of treatment.

Awesome job! I had an emergency and they would see me the same day. The Doctor literally saved my tooth which supposed to be root canal treated, he said it was totally healthy tooth. Saved me $1200 and sealed my tooth so it won't hurt till the permanent bridge comes. The staff was great too. I totally recommend them.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth pulled and it was so much easier than I expected! Dr. Tepedino was very nice -- I was a little nervous before we got started, but there was no need to be. I think the highest level of pain I had post-extraction was a 3 on a scale of 1-10. Thank you Doc!

Well; the plan began smoothly. I needed full dental reconstruction. The dentist was very attentive to when he poked at a place where the numbing agent was applied. This was the end of last year I paid for the entirety of the top of my mouth had been done, so extraction, temporary impression taken and permanent denture paid for with the lower part of my mouth to come... or so I thought. Upon returning for the checkup to see how well my gums were swelling into the dentures/make modifications to them the price jumped by several thousand dollars for the bottom. Begrudgingly this was paid, on the understanding that that was the last payment. What was a $5000 treatment plan jumped up to a $9000 treatment plan, and the permanent denture is seemingly not paid for. Something, partially on the fault of my own, was that they were out of network for me, and my coverage provides 0% out of network coverage. This was never brought up at all, thinking it might actually help me more. They're shady, multifaceted, and downright criminal as a whole unit. Individually they're great.
