Dr. Domenick Cerullo received his Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry, where he was awarded the distinction of Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. Following dental school, he continued with post-graduate training at Virtua Hospital in New Jersey, successfully completing a hospital-based General Practice Residency. Here he was able to advance his training and skills in all phases of dentistry, including but not limited to, complex and emergency treatment.
Dr. Domenick Cerullo is a general dental provider who practices all phases of dentistry, and holds a strong belief in minimally invasive/conservative dentistry. After being in private practice for several years in New Jersey, Dr. Cerullo relocated to South Florida with his family, where he is very excited to continue his dental career. Far exceeding state requirements, he remains very active and dedicated to continuing dental education to remain cutting edge in his practice of dentistry. Dr. Cerullo earned his Fellowship inThe Academy of General Dentistry andis an active member in The American Dental Association, The Florida Dental Association and The Atlantic Coast District Dental Association.
Outside of his passion for dentistry, Dr. Cerullo is the proud husband and father to his wife Laura and three children, Alexis, Ryan and Michael. He and his family lead very active lives enjoying sports, the beach and any other outdoor activities that contribute to a healthy lifestyle. Dr. Cerullo and his family also look forward to actively participating in Boynton Beach and surrounding area community events.
Dr. Jack Piermatti, a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University School of Dentistry completed a general practice residency at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center of New Jersey, Implantology training at New York University College of Dental Medicine and Brookdale Hospital, and his specialty program in Prosthodontics at UMDNJ-New Jersey Dental School.
Dr. Piermatti serves as President and as Board Examiner of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry. He is a Faculty member in the Department of Graduate Prosthodontics of Rutgers University School of Dental Medicine in New Jersey, and Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in Florida and also is Director of the Dental Implant Maxicourse at both dental schools. A prominent clinician, educator, and published dental author, Dr. Piermatti is a nationally featured speaker on the subject of dental implant surgery and implant prosthodontics at major conferences around the country.
Dr. Piermatti's private practice is limited to prosthodontics involving dental implant rehabilitation. As a private practitioner in New Jersey, Dr. Piermatti has personally placed approximately 18,000 dental implants and has performed countless full mouth reconstructions over the past 37 years. He will see patients on referral from other dental practitioners or self-referred and is happy to take on failing or unsatisfactory cases.

We had recently moved full time to Florida in March, and I was looking for a local dentist. I had asked around in my community for a recommendation and one of my friends suggested that I contact Dr. Cerullo. I have been so pleased with Dr. Cerullo and his amazing staff. It is a very well run office, and the office manager should be commended for this team. Dr. Cerullo, besides being as very good dentist, is very easy to speak with, and fully explained what needed to be accomplished during the several visits that I was scheduled for. Since the above posting, I have been back to the office on several occasions, and they continue to provide competent services and a friendly environment. Again, I highly recommend this practice. I just had an appointment with Dental Arts in Boynton Beach. The hygienist was excellent and also very timely for the appointment. My past experience with the dentist was also excellent for a crown on a cracked tooth. I have been so impressed with the practice that I have recommended other friends to utilize their services.
