Everyone was curious, professional and receptive to answering all questions. And just as important, wait time was minimal.

Disappointed that masks are still required to enter the office but once in exam room OK (and necessary) to remove mask. Many dentists have removed masking requirements. I have received both Moderna jabs along with the booster and am one who questions effectiveness of masks. Also, price of exams and xrays seem high even with "senior, no insurance discount". The dental tech's cleaning and dental exam were handled well.

Very good experience with Dr. Zilitchi (even though I had a tooth pulled). He explains everything as he proceeds and makes you feel as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this facility for your dental needs. Dr. Balthaser has a very capable and professional staff.

I'm well pleased with the end result. I must admit, I was apprehensive about getting a tooth capped, since I never had it done before. The Dentist was very calming and explained everything she was doing as she was doing the procedures. That was indeed comforting. I was expecting it to be a painful process, but the Dentist made sure the pain was minimal at best.
