Very unprofessional. They have me waiting forever The work they did on me is crazy went back 3 times to have a temp crown back on not only that my permanent one is also lose I called back they give me an appointment for 9:00 am it was 9:15 and nobody was there now no other dentist wants to fix it I'll have to pay out of my pocket never again I don't recommended.

Fresh experience shows poor and nasty people. Charged me both p card and insurance, lie to me and insurance with altered words each time. and refuse to submit claim with proper code so to be covered (i guess because insurance pays lower rate). Bill list is extremely unprofessional, No clear endorse of who, when and what services provided, so useless if you need to claim reimbursement from other fund. They simply don't care as they have took the money they wanted No matter how.

Wow just had one of my best experience at the dentist, I really never look forward on going back, today that changed the staff were real nice and helpful when it came to fill in out the form, even gave me a nice cold cup of water. The hygienist who took my x-rays and cleaned my teeth was also real nice and made me feel comfortable as if I was a regular client the dentist came in shortly right after and broke down what's going on and the next steps to take in a real simple way,mind you I have six different teeth that all need they own special treatment, which she also informed me of the different resources I qualify with the type of insurance I have. Thank you Alandra, Janelle and the female dentist

I called this office at 8:30 am more than 6 times to schedule and appointment no ones pick up the phone .

I have had a great experience at Dental Arts. The young ladies in the front are friendly and Karina always remembers me and greets me by my name. My hygienist (Janelle) has been great!! She is extremely friendly and is passionate about her work. She explains every thing she does and explains the importance of oral hygiene. Janelle listens to your concerns and provides options to assist. Most importantly, she is gentle. Dr. Wang is also great. He is quick and precise, explains what will be done in the next visit and always asks if there are any questions/concerns to address before leaving the room.

Wow! What a great experience at Dental Arts. I must confess, I was extremely nervous to visit the dentist office. I was referred to this practice and I am happy I listened. My hygienist, Janelle, is the best! I explained I was nervous and didn't like to attend dentist appointments in the past. She stated I was in great hands and she proved it. She was gentle and caring while conducting my cleaning. She started up a conversation and it made me forgot about how nervous I was. I am excited to have her continue working on my teeth in the near future.

Horrible job with root canals Wouldn't recommend at all. Had to get 2 extractions due to their lack in even knowing what their doing.

Honestly the worst experience I've ever encountered in my life , to say the least the appointment I had was at 8:30 was sitting in the office for a while hr , needed to leave and asked for a refund , the customer service got even worst as it kept going . Right after It all I kept getting the run around and decided to not do business with these ppl .. now if they are this bad with their time then imagine how their work would be like , I definitely don't want to stick around and find out.

The worst dentist I have ever been to. When you call and try and book an appointment they are very rude and know absolutely nothing, but will give you wrong answers. You sit and wait forever. They Completely missed cavities in my teeth so now I need a root canal. Terrible job at cleaning teeth. All dental work they have done has been extremely painful. They do not even know how to correctly administer the novacain. They stick you with the needle multiple times and the shot itself is painful as well. Booked a visit at a different dentist. The office staff was very professional and the dentist oh my goodness what a difference. Found everything that was missed, layout a plan to fix my teeth, no pain, the needle one shot no pain, my teeth were clean. Just don't go here!! Don't even get me started on what they did to my daughter

It is one of the most unprofessional places that I've ever been to. They took 4 years to supposedly finish a job that was not done correctly. They are only interested in getting money from their clients and nothing else. I would not recommend it anybody, not even my worst enemies.

Extremely unprofessional ! No one is ever on the same page in regards to patients care, All they care is about the profit they make from you. Front desk staff is clueless, The practice Manager does not care about patients nor the issues brought to her attention. Worst dental practice ever..

The staff and dentist in there are so unprofessional. My dentist in there would never remember me or what she had to do with my braces. I've been with my braces for 4 years and they would say or do anything to make me stay with them. Don't waste your time going there.
