Dr. Patel and her team are amazing! I've been horrified of dental work my entire life. They are gentle, understanding and highly effective. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist! They're awesome!

I recently had my first cleaning at Dental Arts Group Pennsauken and the experience was fantastic. Completely different from anything I've experienced at previous dentists. I asked them about an issue with my gums i have been asking dentists for years and for the first time ever I got an actual answer! They took the time to actually sit down an teach me about mouth and what I can do better. Even cooler they take high res pictures with this cool camera of any potential problem areas so that at my next cleaning they can compare to see if its getting better. Dean's cleaning was so thorough and so painless. He asked if I had any concerns and fully checked those concerns out. Dr. Patel is so nice, comforting and most important CONFIDENT with her care. I feel like I'm in such great hands here I will definitely be back!

Had a crown done and it only lasted 10.5 months. Less than a year! I called and they said they would work with me, then Dr Patel said my current dentist didn't know the history of my tooth; said they were going to work with me. Stay away from this shady dentist!!!! Malpractice and grievance are on their way!!! Literally stay away from this shady dental practice!!!!!

I suppose the new group is still getting situated, but I did experience several minor problems in my first visit with them: there were no cups in the exam room to rinse, the suction device was missing the little star cap that helps prevent your gums from getting sucked in, and the tech was unable to remove my popped crown, and asked me to get it out. I was satisfied with Dr. Patel, but tech and room prep not so much.

I booked an appointment one month in advance and I get a reminder from them the day before the appointment to come in tomorrow. I go the day of the appointment and then there's no one there. I get another message later that the dentist has decided to go to another office today and they are sorry. I ask when can I schedule another appointment and I'm told in 2 months.. it's my first time coming here and they treated me like I was completely unimportant. Writing this in hopes no one else will have to waste their time here. I'm only grateful I didn't schedule this on a workday and call out.

Everyone here was very personable and with a great sense of humor, easy to talk to. Dr. Patel was great, made me feel comfortable in knowing what the end result would have to be. I would recommend anyone with dental problems to come here, you will not be disappointed.

I had such a great experience here. Dean, the hygienist is fantastic.... he was so thorough with the cleaning and understanding about my dentist phobia. doctor Patel explained the problem with my teeth in a way i could understand... Kate, the office manager was so friendly and helpful! I really felt like part of the family here.... I actually can't wait to go back

Very pleasant and painless experience. Dr. Patel and her staff are absolutely amazing!! They all took the time to thoroughly explain my options as well as cost of all procedures. I am a dental phobic but they were able to make even me feel comfortable!!!! Absolutely loved them!!

Had an exam x-rays and a cleaning today ..Dean was very patient as I was having difficulty with the x-rays but was able to get them done thank you Dean. Dr Patel was extremely thorough and explained with intra oral pictures exactly what I should have done.and being able to see what she was explaining made it very easy to understand It was a very pleasent dental experience Kate and Kelsey were very friendly and welcoming the min you enter the office thank you to the staff at dental arts group pennsauken I will definitely be referring my friends and family

Dental Arts Group were very gentle, professional and friendly. Im not a fan of dental X-rays but at Dental Arts Group it did not hurt. I forgot the fellow name but he was very gentle and patient. I would recommend to anyone who is not an fan of the Dentist. The Staff and Dr Patel were awesome! I will be back

The staff was very professional and actually treated my like I was one of their own! Dr Patel had to give me a bit of bad news - my tooth could not be saved and needs to be extracted- but she was very sympathetic and with the help of the office manager (Kate) was able to get me an appointment with the oral surgeon. I can honestly say that I will definitely visit this office again!

Let me start off by telling you I'm one of those people who are very nervous about going to the dentist. The staff here made me very comfortable and put my nerves at ease. Plus they were so acommidating with my schedule. I highly recommend them.
