Dr. Khan attended Michigan State University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology and went on to the prestigious University of Michigan, consistently ranked in the top-five dental schools in the country, where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr Khan has been practicing in the Jacksonville area for the last ten years and has recently realized her dream of building a state-of-the-art dental facility with the latest advances in dentistry offering the latest techniques and equipment in cosmetic dentistry, digital x-rays, paperless charts, intra-oral cameras, cosmetic imaging, and advanced sterilization techniques.
Dr. Khan has pursued her postgraduate studies with the world premier Hornbrook group, an advanced program focused on the art of complex aesthetic and restorative techniques producing life-changing smiles for her patients. She has also trained at the renowned Dawson center. Dr. Khan devotes an extraordinary amount of time to advanced training and continuing education, pursuing the best and latest technology that dentistry has to offer her patients. She has spent many years developing her skills to combine art, science, technology with personalized care.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE! They are a bunch of unprofessional, fraudulent and incompetent liars. During my first visit, I was asked to get a mucousal test, but declined it because I didn't think it was necessary and my insurance didn't cover it. Dr. Khan straight up told me I can refuse it this time, but next time I go in, I HAVE TO get it done. She was very rude about it. Technically, I don't have to do anything I don't want to and you're not going to force me to get a test done that I don't think is necessary. Next, they provided me with a treatment plan stating all services are covered by my insurance with $0 out of pocket cost from the patient. Fast forward over 1 year later, they are harassing me about x-rays that my insurance declined. The reason why it was declined was because I wasn't due for another one yet. They did not properly verify my eligibility and history prior to giving me that treatment plan. If my history was verified properly, they would've known not to do another x-ray and instead get them transferred over from my old dental office. They claim they verified my benefits and history with my insurance, but can't provide me any proof of it. I have Tricare, a military government insurance, which is highly capable of providing the correct information if one was actually requested. Tricare has a log of whenever a patient's history is requested, but there was no record of it on their end. This office will provide a service you're not eligible for, lie and tell you that you're insurance will cover it, then want you to pay for it later when it's denied because they didn't do their due diligence in verifying patient eligibility and history. Beware, they will blame the patient and insurance company for their incompetence and fraud you for your money. We are a military family, have moved to 4 different states, transferred to numerous dental offices for myself and my kids, and has never had this issue. Save yourself the time and hassle and go elsewhere because they do not run a trustworthy dental practice.

I have been going to Dr. Khan since 2019 and she and her staff have been amazing. The are professional, clean and extremely friendly. I enjoy my dental care and look for to many years with Dr. Khan and her staff.

Dr Khan saw me very quickly, even though I didn't have an appointment. See as in previous appointments was very professional & was able to identify my problem immediately. She and her staff are very caring an compassionate. I would recommend her practice anyone looking for good dental care.

My girlfriend was about to go to this dentist and the front desk lady was really rude to her on the phone about Insurance saying she called the day before and sent a email to get her insurance information and my girlfriends mom is 2 hours behind us and couldn't send it as early as they wanted and she tried to explain that to this lady and the lady keep saying yeah yeah yeah as my girlfriend was trying to explain things to her she was really rude on the phone to my girlfriend she ended up hanging up on the lady and cried I would not recommend sending anyone I know to this place that lady was really disrespectful to a patient

I agree with a previous customers review that she does not even deserve 1/2 a star. I have 3 crowns that she did in the last 4 years and I have problems with every single one of them. I am now at a new dentist that could not believe how bad her work was. The newest crown that I have, the porcelain has already broke in half and the other 2 crowns have both been recemented. She also told me that I needed more crowns done. Upon switching to a new dentist, I was told that I did not need anymore crowns done at this time and the fillings that she wanted to replace with crowns are fine for the time being. I was also informed that all 3 of the crowns that she did are all ill fitting (no surprise to me). So long story but in the end all the work she did on me has to be replaced. At one of my visits with Dr. Khan she actually told me about a "nightmare dentist" that she went to, well she was that "nightmare dentist" for me!

I have been to many dentists' offices over my lifetime, but Dr. Khan's office is not only extremely professional, but also warm and welcoming, from the minute you walk in the door. Every member of her staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and very, very pleasant. My whole family goes to Dr. Khan and even my grandchildren love her. A visit to her office is an excellent investment for the future of your teeth.
