Dental Aid was the first not-for-profit comprehensive dental clinic in Colorado. Founded as a referral organization in 1974, Dental Aid opened its first full-service clinic in Boulder in 1980. Dental Aid now has clinics located in Boulder, Longmont and Louisville which provide emergency, preventive, restorative and specialty care including pediatrics, orthodontics, and oral surgery. Our tele-dentistry programs make oral health services more accessible by bringing the services of a registered dental hygienist to community settings where clients are already present.

Dental Aids mission is to improve the quality of life of children and adults struggling to afford health care by providing compassionate, affordable, high quality dental care and education, while advocating to ensure access to care.

I contacted this company by phone and asked them if they can estimate their dental work based on Xrays I will send to them via email. They agreed and I submitted pictures. I stressed that I would like to have the result as soon as possible due to tooth pain. Nobody hasn't answered. Total ignorance.

So slow, always have to wait here. Today it was almost an hour between my cleaning and exam!

They never seem to answer the phone or call back when a message is left. The receptionist is always on her personal phone, I noticed when I am there. Maybe that's why they never answer there phones.

I've had two visits to this office so far. Both times, I was very satisfied with my service and treatment. My dental work to this point with Dental Aid has been excellent (Xray, assesment, cleaning and filling.) From the front desk to the dentist, I have been very satisfied so, I'm giving 5 stars.

I went in today, Wednesday, June 24, 2020 for a cap and possibly root canal, Dr. would advise me once he got in there thru his drilling. Him and his dental assistant were such a good professional team. I am so pleased with Dental Aid and I don't require a root canal!

I had an appointment for 2:00pm and was a new patient, so I showed up 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. The office was locked for their lunch break and I heard voices of people laughing and hanging out inside, but I had to wait outside for 15 minutes until exactly 2pm to enter and start the paperwork. They unlocked the door and awkwardly opened it a crack, but didn't welcome me in. I eventually saw the dentist for what I clearly scheduled as an exam AND a cleaning. He told me that most dentists do both in one visit, but they don't do that here. You have to schedule a separate appointment for a cleaning. That would have been nice to know a month ago when I scheduled the "exam and cleaning" appointment. Now they are booked out for another month, which I'll be out of the country, so I guess I'll have to go another few months without a teeth cleaning. These people were unprofessional. The office was uncomfortable and shabby. I felt weird giving them my personal information. Would never recommend for a friend.

Great dentist as long as you don't care about accurate information, insurance billing or getting phone calls returned.
