Got 3 crown done first time they did not, fit correctly. Dr.Olga said that she was going to fix the crowns without thinking twice.

My experience was excellent. I was having my teeth whitened and they came out the best they have ever bee staff was friendly and polite and knows. I would highly recommend using them.

I've been a patient at the Canton location since 2010 and got used to very great service and being known by my first name but everything has changed with the new owner who I have met several times but she doesn't seem to care to remember me. You think you would get to know your patients that are in at least four times a year. There's now a revolving door of hygienists, one of which didn't know how to use the x-ray machine. This place has fallen from the great practice it once was and gone straight off a cliff. What a shame.

They always have a new receptionist and most of them are very unprofessional. I asked that I be informed when I have an out of pocket pay when I confirm appointments but that's too difficult for them to do. Currently waiting for them to send a release so that I can switch to a new dentist. Also the equipment/machines in the office are old and dingy. Do yourself a favor and go to a different dental office.

So, in October I got a referral from my dental insurance and they told me to call 3 places. After calling the other two offices I called the 3rd which was Dental aid 1. I was greeted with a very friendly voice, who was Stephanie. She was very thorough with all my questions. I was very nervous about my appointment, but they ensured I was in the best care. Once I was a patient, Dr Olga Krashoslobodtseva worked with me and I needed a lot of work done. Dr. Olgas assistant Santa was very kind and talked me through my procedures. Dr. Olga by far has been the best dental hands I've ever been in. Within a few appointments I finished most of my procedures and now I have a full smile thanks to Dr. Olga and her team. I just want everyone to know, you feel good when you come here and you look good when you leave, and that's why I will stick with Dr. Olga K as my dentist. Thank you, Mike Burns

When I first came to Dental Aid 1 I was happy with her service!! But after I had to reschedule my 3 kids appointment after I had already told the receptionist that I might be calling back to reschedule because we were a little nervous about bringing the kids during covid. I received a very rude phone call from the dentist herself where she raised her voice at me and spoke to me in a very rude manor to where I had to hang up the phone on her. Very unprofessional!!

I was referred to Dr K about a year or so ago. I have been there a few times more recently today. I was extremely nervous and fearful about having an urgent and much needed extraction in the past few days. I had a horrible experience before and was hoping it would not be the same this time around. Not only was Dr. K reassuring and compassionate but she was genuinely able to relate to me and I must say that without a doubt Dr. K is extremely patient, kind, understanding and very empathetic. Dr. K explains the process, what she is doing, next steps if necessary and always reminds you to call her back with any questions at all. She is also detail oriented and takes her time. You're not in and out like the office is a factory. You know that you are cared about with her tone and body language. Dr. K is the best! Simplicity is excellence!!!

What an incredibly positive experience across the board at Dental Aid 1 in Weymouth. Dr. Olga Kraeva checks all of the positive boxes when it comes to a trip to the Dentist. She is an amazing Dentist, has maximum integrity, and drives comfort throughout your visit. Michelle, the Office Manager, is a perfect complement to the team, and so pleasant to speak with. Wow!!!! That was the best experience I ever had in a dentist office . Dental Aid1 is just simply THE PLACE TO BE. Dr. Olga is so professional and friendly; she has a high attention to detail and take time to explain exactly what she is doing. Plus, she always make sure that you are okay, and ask if you have any question. The environment is nice, clean and cozy. Michelle is great as well. Briefly I was 100% satisfy. Thank you again guys.:)
