This place is amazing, they make you feel like a priority. I originally went to a different dentist until my mother recommended this place and I loved my original dentist but as soon as I met with my dr and his assistant I was hooked. The price was right and they made you feel like family.

When I first got there I felt the lack of professionalism almost immediately. I was the only one in the waiting room and she called a completely different name, easy mistake I suppose. When I didn't get up she was confused and asked the receptionist for my real name. Everything from that point on was okay- not the best dental experience I had had but the girl was nice. Just lacking professionalism and training. She only sat on one side of my face and skipped my whole back teeth on the opposite side she was sitting on. When it came to my sealants, she had to leave the room to get someone and asked what to do after every step. After I had left and waiting a few hours to eat and drink, which she did not tell me to wait I did because I had gotten sealants before, With every bite each of the sealants out of one side of my mouth cracked off into my food. It took the rest of the night for it to stop and now i'm left with almost no sealants. I called them and they rescheduled an appointment for me a few days later and said a triage nurse would be in touch about the situation. The next day I got a text saying it was completely normal for them all to come off and they had cancelled my appointment. I had never had sealants come off like that before and I have gone to the dentist routinely my whole life. I will not be going back.

Completely unprofessional. I had my appointment re-scheduled three times because the dentist wasn't in (which I don't understand, why would the dentist not be in if he has appointments scheduled?) or apparently there was a change in schedule.

I am terrified of dentists and this one made sure to use enough anesthetic, and worked quickly. Not scary at all. The second round of extractions went well too. The Northport location in Madison. It took longer than expected for my gums to heal for denture impressions. I had to make 2 appointments. Once done though, they were done well with minimal gagging on my part.The Northport location in Madison. Still waiting on my dentures. The dentist had to trim the upper plate and do another wax impression. Hopefully they well come soon. Northport location. My dentures finally came! They seem to fit well. It was worth the wait.

The dentists are good enough, the staff is absolutely fantastic, especially Tiffany, who gets things done when nobody else even tries. Inversely, the appointment line is the pits and you might never get here... but just call the location (they can do it). Don't let the ghetto setting put you off. We have never been attacked here. It's just the hood. Once you step in the office, it's all good and you'll forget where you are. Its not ghetto in there at all. Ask for Tiffany. She's the superstar of the place and many good people there feed off her good energy.

Great place to have Dental work. The staff is super friendly and kind. My first time having novacaine without numbing. Hardly felt a thing. This Dr. (dentist) and his staff have such a work ethic as a team. It's amazing to see the happy atmosphere with laughter as they go about there day getting there jobs done. Amazing. I would recommend Dental 360 to anyone.

Dentist was 20 minutes late to the appointment. Once I was seen by him he quickly rushed me out of the door. I have implants and he said I can't do anything until I know what kind of implants they are. I told him who did the implants so maybe he could check in with them about it. He said I don't know who that is I'm from Chicago
