With a special interest in oral surgery, Dr. Ninh was selected to complete a yearlong clerkship in the Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Department at the University of Maryland Dental School. Through the clerkship he was able to gain additional education and experiences in oral surgery.
Dr. Ninh continued to advance his education by completing a 2 year residency in Advanced General Dentistry at the University of Maryland Dental School. His residency training allowed him to gain additional experiences in many aspects of dentistry involving cosmetics, oral surgery, endodontics, and dental implant placement and restoration.
During his dental school career, he was involved with many community service related events. He particularly enjoyed volunteering his time with Project Jump Start and Project Feast to help feed the homeless in Baltimore City, MD. Having a desire to continue to give back to the community, Dr. Ninh also became an Albert Schweitzer Fellow. The fellowship empowered him to create a positive change within the Baltimore City communitys oral health. As a Schweitzer fellow, he enjoyed teaching 2-4th graders the importance of their oral health through interactive learning and instilling them with self confidence towards their overall health. He also enjoys volunteering on international dental missions such as Operation Smile Vietnam, where he was able to participate in the exchange of knowledge, experience, culture and deliver dental care to the children of Vietnam.

Vogtle Ninh and the entire team at Dental 32 are fantastic! I was warmly greeted when I first arrived and immediately felt at ease. The cleaning went smoothly and my hygienist had a very thorough and careful light touch, which I really appreciated. They explained everything they were doing as they went along which built my confidence in their skills. The facilities are immaculately clean and well-maintained. I look forward to my next visit. Amazing dentist. State of the art office. Love the fact that I can see what is going on with my teeth in real time with real pictures not x-ray films. Before and after results are amazing. I typically don't like dental visit, but now I look forward to my visits.

Clean, modern office with the friendliest staff in town. Dr. Ninh is professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his exams and procedures, and as someone with pretty severe dental anxiety, I felt very relaxed and at ease while receiving care here. Great place!!

UPDATE: About 2 weeks ago I had to get my wisdom teeth removed. To say I was nervous was an understatement. Dr. Ninh did an AMAZING job and my recovery was painless and stress free. Truly can't thank everyone at Dental 32 for the work they do and always making sure you feel comfortable & leave happy and confident in your smile. Review from April 2021: From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and comfortable (I'm not a big fan of the dentist). This was my first visit & the office is brand new, very clean, top of the line technology and equipment throughout the office (even have tv's you can watch Netflix during your cleanings). Dr. Ninh was awesome! He took the time to sit down and answer any/all of my dental questions/concerns, did my entire teeth cleaning & went over every aspect of Invisalign and what would be best for ME. He made sure I was comfortable during my cleaning & was just genuine. I look forward to going back and was very pleased with my experience. 5/5 rating!

I was at the hospital and cracked my tooth in half eating pudding... My normal dentist said I had to wait the 2 days until they would be open. Looked up the closest dentist that was open on Saturdays after 5pm. I am so glad I choose this practice. Had one of the best dental experiences I have had in a long time and that was with the full root canal. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. And I got to go home feeling much better. Highly recommend!

Awesome! Very friendly staff, clean facilities, and very thorough. I typically have a lot of anxiety around the dentist, but they made me feel right at home (as much as you can in a place like the dentist). They also offer a lot of wonderful options to help with anxiety and sensory issues, which made the whole process even more painless. Overall, a wonderful experience! This was my first appointment and I've already scheduled another with them! 10/10 Recommend.

At Dental 32 Fresh Smiles, you can be sure you are in the best dental treatment of your dreams. Dr. Nihn and his entire team are great. Most important, Dr. Nihn listens carefully to your dental needs and your expectations. Went to this dentist today for the first time. I had not been in a while for a cleaning so much work was needed (and expected). They greeted me and I was given a quick tour of the patient areas. After some X-rays and imaging, I was provided a treatment plan that showed any potential costs. During the first cleaning, the dentist turned on Netflix and I had something to look at while he worked. Overall great experience and the dentist was personable and most importantly, cautious and gentle during the procedure. I highly recommend!

I hadn't been to a dentist for 3 years, but I knew I needed to go. I had some dental concerns and wanted a reputable and knowledged dentist to help with. After reading other Google reviews, I decided to try Dental 32 Fresh Smiles. Dr. Ninh took x-rays and photographs of my teeth, and even looked for any cancer that could show up in the x-ray region! He was super detailed and patient in listening to my concerns, and gave me options with treatment. He asked me which direction I felt comfortable with in moving forward towards better teeth, which was great vs telling me what I had to do. I really trust his analysis of my teeth as he thoroughly explained what he saw in the x-rays and photographs, and even showed a youtube video to better explain how my teeth came to have the problems it had. He also broke down the estimated cost for the followup treatment, so I wouldn't be caught off guard with the cost. I feel like I am good hands with him and his team! They are considerate, friendly and patient as well as knowledgable. Thank you all!

Excellent doctor-patient rapport with an obvious concentration on making patients as comfortable as possible and using the newest technology to illustrate a patient's teeth and gums issues and provide clear plans on how to remedy those issues. So far, this is the best dental visit I've ever had.

This is my first time visiting this dentist, and it won't be my last! I was greeted by friendly smiles and a warm welcome as soon as I walked in the door. The interior colors and decors give you an immediate sense of warmth and calm, and they even have blankets on hand (I suggested getting a couple of weighted blankets for anxious patients like myself). I was given a tour and a bottle of water before the exam. The entire staff was gentle, patient, and explained everything to me throughout my entire visit. The hygienist was thorough and gentle enough to get me through the cleaning without stress. Watching Netflix on the overhead TV screen was a nice distraction while they were working on my teeth. Overall, my visit was both productive and pleasant, and I went home with a cleaner, healthier mouth! :-D

Everyone I encountered at Dental 32 was extremely friendly. They were very accommodating and went above and beyond to keep me relaxed and comfortable. Highly recommend if you have a dental emergency, or issue that needs taken care of asap, to give them a shout!
