Best service I've ever received over my 5 years of dealing with osteomyelitis. Dr Patel and his staff came highly recommended and blew those expectations out of the water. Friendly staff and able to answer all my medical questions in a simple way. Will only be going here moving forward

I'm writing this review for my father. My mother put a deposit down for implants to be done for $8,600. Little did we know she would pass away a month after placing the down-payment. My father has been trying to contact them and even went to the office to retrieve the payments back for work that wasn't done due to the unfortunate event and he was ignored. This is not professional or respectful business practices, and I would not recommend them to anyone. There is no reason they should be benefiting of off this unfortunate unforeseen event, as such as my mom and his wife's passing. My father has raised 8 childern and saved wherever he could and $8,600 could have been put in his retirement. Like I said before very unprofessional business practice and if they are able to scam my father who is an elderly man beware what else they would do.

Dental 2000 located in Laguna Niguel performed a complete restructuring of all my upper teeth. Their work included caps, abutments, root canals, tooth extractions, implants, bone grafts, nasal lifts, and upper teeth alignment. All procedures were pleasant since I was offered pain relief throughout each procedure. But most importantly, at any time after one of the procedures if I was not satisfied with the dental appearance, it was redone to my satisfaction. Yes, it lengthened the process; however, in the end I got the look I wanted and expected. Worth every cent. Highly recommend Dr. Patel and Jose (Dental Tech).

I've been seeing Dr Patel and his team for 6 years now and have had quite a few complex procedures including multiple implants. As a new patient, I was initially weary about Dental 2000 (as you should be with any new dentist), but Dr. Patel has won me over with his professionalism and friendly manner. His team are also very friendly and caring and know what they're doing. They work hard to make you comfortable and minimize any discomfort. In summary, I could not recommend Dental 2000 more highly! You can go with confidence that you will be well looked after.

Had my top arch of teeth totally restored and was given first class treatment. It was state of the art and literally almost painless. I was in great trustworthy hands the entire time, I thank Jose & Theresa for making it so comfortable and easier to deal with during the grueling process. The extensive oral procedures and complete restoration of the full top arch of teeth was a 6 month process but well worth it, these people know exactly what they are doing thank you Dr. Patel and all the hygienist you guys are like master sculptures that put life and miracles into peoples mouths. Today I got the final product and it's been one of the best days of my life!

Dr. Patel and his staff at Dental 2000 are amazing! I've gone to Dental 2000 for years and have always been treated with the best customer service and care. Dr. Patel goes out of his way to ensure amazing treatment for his patients and is always willing to find creative solutions for difficult situations. Despite the difficulties of COVID-19, Dental 2000 has come through for me on several occasions and I'll be sure to only return to them for my dental needs.

BEWARE! There are PLENTY of dentists in OC, I wouldn't recommend this doctor and his 2 facilities (Irvine & Laguna Niguel) to my worst enemy. From constantly being late, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, to the subpar quality of work (which is an understatement). The experience has involved cleanings, crowns, bone grafts, implants and all across the board this doctor has continuously disappointed. You give someone a fair try, but enough is enough! Dental works have fallen off so many times, we lost count. In my entire adult life I don't think I've ever left a bad review, but this place is SO BAD, it's worth writing it & hopefully save someone from future trouble. This is a screenshot of my mom texting me that the work Dr. Patel has done, fell out. AGAIN. Literally go somewhere else!!

I had a wonderful experience at Dental 2000 in Laguna Niguel. I had implants put in, and the staff was very professional, extremely clean and very Gentle. The girl that helped me from start to finish was TC. She made the whole experience very easy, she was there every step of the way and made sure everything went well. Followed up after. I highly recommend this place. And thanks Teresa C for making this an easy experience.

I went there to get my fake tooth placed, they are terrible never go here my tooth cane out 2 times, in just under a year they told me it will last 10-15 years, didn't even last 6 months the first time BEWARE!!! Never come here they are terrible at their jobs! Extremely terrible place if you want to waist your money than go ahead and come here! Their "cement" for the fake tooth is completely trash your tooth will just keep falling out.

Bridgette was just perfect. She was very professional as well as easy to get along with when talking to us. We were offered great service from the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out of there. The work was exceptional and I now have a new smile. I couldn't be happier with this place.

I had a good experience at this Dentist. Staff is friendly. I had to get a root canal done on my front tooth with no issues. I've also gone in to get my teeth cleaned and whitened. Was done pretty quickly and seemed thorough. I've had numerous visits with Dr. Patel and each of them have been great.
