Amazing service by an even better staff! Didnt have to wait at all and finished 3 fillings and an in-house x-ray in under an hour. Didi and the doctor were a great duo and am looking forward to visiting this office every year!

I liked the staff. They were all very professional. The doctor was very engaging and made me feel confident in his ability. I had an implant, and it looks and feels great I'd recommend the dentist and staff to anyone needing dental work. Especially implants.

I called the office and asked if the $699 single implant price in a register ad was still good, She said I had to set an appointment. My appointment was at ten today (they told me to come early). I waited over two and a half hours to see the doctor. When he was done with the examination the office told me the price was $3400 not $699 as advertised. Dr Patel seemed knowledgeable but the other issues were too great to ignore. I was very disappointed and had wasted most of my day.

Having been a patient of Dr Patel for over 10+ years, there's no one else that I would come to for service. Dr Patel did a wisdom teeth removal and the entire process was stress free.

We had been going to Dental 2000 since 2005. Over the years Dr. Patel had removed all my wisdom tooth, generally this would be a very painful process, but the way Dr. Patel did it, I didn't feel a thing and super speedy recovery. My mom and dad had been going to him as well and had several procedures done. My mom had some dental implants done by Dr. Patel with no issues. Unfortunately my family and I had moved out of state in 2015. After moving away, my mom had an issue with one of caps which was installed by a different dentist back in 1992. One unfortunate day, while eating her cap came out because she had chipped her tooth. We looked for a local dentist in our new state and went for several consultation and temporary solution. After speaking with several dentist and getting absurd diagnostics we called Dr. Patel, sent x-rays and some pictures and explained to him what had happened. Dr. Patel was kind enough to assess the situation and gives a fair and reasonable price. After being frustrated with all the local dentists my parent finally decided to take a flight back to California to see Dr. Patel. He had already taken the liberty of scheduling all the appointments knowing my parents situation. Within days of their arrival Dr. Patel had completed most of the work within their scheduled trip, unfortunately he wasn't able to save the tooth based on how much it had chipped. But he was able to get her started on a new dental implant. She had to make another trip to finish the work, but it was well worth the trip. At times it's just not about the price or dollar amount but having confidence based on years of working relationship with someone who you feel comfortable with. This is something my parents didn't have in the new town as we haven't had the chance to regularly visit or had established a relationship with a local dentist to have the confidence needed to deal with such complications. 6 years had past and my mom has been very happy and has no issues with her last implant or the previous ones. My parents were very appreciative of him thinking of their situation and stepping up to go above and beyond.

Dr. Patel and his staff at Dental 2000 are amazing! I've gone to Dental 2000 for years and have always been treated with the best customer service and care. Dr. Patel goes out of his way to ensure amazing treatment for his patients and is always willing to find creative solutions for difficult situations. Despite the difficulties of COVID-19, Dental 2000 has come through for me on several occasions and I'll be sure to only return to them for my dental needs.

I would like to give Dental 2000 - Irvine a 5 star review. I went to them for my teeth cleaning and the staff was amazing. They were friendly, professional, on-time and extremely clean. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a new dental office. You won't be disappointed. Great staff

I've always been afraid of Dental routines, the pain is unbearable, but thanks to Bridgette and the Rest of the staff a DENTAL 2000 that worry is now a fleeting memory, the saved my life while keeping the cost low! Thanks Dental 2000 you'll definitely be getting a Christmas from this guy tho year!

Bridgette was just perfect. She was very professional as well as easy to get along with when talking to us. We were offered great service from the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out of there. The work was exceptional and I now have a new smile. I couldn't be happier with this place.
