Dennis Fredrickson is a great dentist. He worked on my teeth well before he owned this practice and has been the most professional and gentle dentist I have ever used.

Dr. Fredrickson is a great doctor. However, their administrative practices are an absolute joke. I paid in full for services render over two years ago. About 6 months after I received a paid in full invoice they said I still owed money. After making it clear I was told it was paid in full I kept getting an outstanding balance charge. After almost two years of hearing nothing they now have put it in collection. The lady who picks up the phone, Nece, hung up on me after asking why it was sent to collection. It was also put in my name and not my mothers who name is on the account. If they could get their administrative aspects together this would be a great practice but sadly I'd go anywhere else

Mr Fredrickson was great and preformed a root canel on my sister and was over all amazing. The staff at the front desk however was very rude.

I have never gone here but the woman on the phone was rude. She would not allow me to talk and constantly talked over me. I mean VERY rude. "All yall are the same I dont care"

I went to this dentist 3 years ago. I said "I do not want anything that is not covered by my insurance" I got a call from a creditor today because the tech put "fluoride" on my teeth which was apparently not covered. I stopped it right there IN HOUSE. I called back today and the woman on the phone was the rudest I have ever seen. She talked over me and would not let me ask question. She told me "Yall are all the same just pay for what you owe" I do not owe you anything. This is 100% a scam from them. Dentist 10/10 staff 1/10

This dentist was absolutely great! I have a phobia of dentist since I was younger at Shawnee dentist. But this doctor went way out of his way to make sure I was completely numb aswell as the friendly conversation to take my mind off the current situation. The lady at the front desk was amazing aswell!! She worked with me around my work schedual to get me in at her earliest convenience was was roughly maybe 4 days. I had to have a tooth extracted due to being broke. But he went out of his way to explain filling the hole with a spacer and why to fill it so it doesn't shift my teeth allowing me to still have a good smile. I highly recommend this dentist office ill sure be recommending them to anyone I know. they are locally owned by the dentist that works in the office!! So go out and support your local business you won't regret it!!!

Broke a tooth right before Christmas, Dr. Fredrickson's office got me in within a day to take care me! They have been great for years to me and my family!

Everyone in the office is super friendly and the office staff is extremely helpful. Dr. Frederickson is a great dentist-very gentle but thorough and takes his time with anesthesia.

All the staff was friendly and helpful! I was afraid I had a significant tooth issue and they put my fears at ease. Thankfully, it wasn't as bad as I thought. Thank you for being so welcoming to a new patient!

Dr. Fredrickson is a great dentist and the staff there are very friendly and helpful. He was able to see me the same day I called and my molar extraction was completely painless. I have been and continue to be very impressed with his work.
