He was awarded a Doctorate in Dental Surgery at the University of Minnesota Dental School, Minneapolis, MN. He received his B.S. degree in Biomechanical Engineering in 1973 from the Institute of Technology, University of Minnesota. He was a Clinical Instructor at the University of Minnesota Dental School from 1979 1981.
Dr. Rizk graduated from the University of Minnesota school of Dentistry. Dr. Rizk is committed to provide her patients with the highest quality of care and thus is committed to continued dental education. She has a particular passion for orthodontic treatment and airway treatment for young children. Dr. Rizk also enjoys cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, pediatric, and restorative dentistry.
Dr. Kyle Novotny received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. Dr. Novotny moved back to Minnesota after living in Florida for 11 years and completing his undergraduate degree at University of South Florida with honors in Biomedical Science. Dr. Novotny is committed to providing excellent, comfortable care to his patients as he addresses their dental needs and goals. When he is not in the office, Dr. Novotny enjoys being active outdoors with golf and snowboarding.

With 23 years of experience, Teresa is an expert chair-side assistant to Dr. Parvey. A graduate of Hennepin Technical College in Dental Assisting, Teresa especially enjoys meeting all of the interesting people and helping them with their dental goals. Her patients appreciate how she helps make them feel so relaxed and comfortable during procedures.
Natalie has eight years of experience in the dental profession and has a degree in Dental Hygiene from Minnesota State University in Mankato. Her patients often praise her for giving them a pain-free, teeth-cleaning experience. Natalie loves her work and emphasizes, I enjoy the relationships I develop with my patients and their families.
Melissa graduated with her BS degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, Dental Hygiene program in 2008. She has been with the Legacy Dental Care team since 2017. Melissa loves getting to know her patients and their families and has a special interest in working with patients who have anxiety coming into the dentist. I recognize that being in the dental chair can be a vulnerable feeling and I strive to meet everyone where they are at, help them to feel as comfortable as possible, without judgement. When shes not working Melissa is busy with her husband and two kids and loves being outdoors, hiking, biking, and staying active.
Heather has been in dentistry for over 20 years, having originally received a degree in Dental Assisting from Rochester Community College in 2000. Her passion for dentistry and caring for patients inspired her to continue her education in Dental hygiene, graduating from Century College in 2006. Heather loves her career as a dental hygienist and loves getting to know her patients. Her kindness, compassion and understanding puts patients at ease, treating her patients with the best dental care possible. Her patients complement her on her gentle yet thorough cleanings. When not with patients, Heather loves spending time with her family, going to her two sons sporting events. She is an avid hockey mom! She also enjoys the outdoors, walking, boating, golfing, and baking.
