Dr. Lambert and his staff are committed to using the most innovative and effective approaches to caring for your child. We keep up with the latest techniques through continuing education and use the latest in cutting-edge technology. We believe in open communication with both patient and parents and will always partner with our families to make the best treatment plans for our patients.
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

They were easy to deal with setting up the appointment and communicated well leading up to it about what information they needed. At the appointments (6yr old and 3yr old first time) they did a great job of recognizing my youngest hesitation and worked with my oldest to set a good example that calmed the little one down so it all went smooth. We will be returning.

I'm new to the area and my son primary doctor from cincinati children hospital recommended us to this place I called and was confused at first I asked the receptionist what was this place for again she was so rude after she said dentist I said oh ok do you have any openings for new patient and the remark and attitude I got back was so unprofessional and rude I told her you know what never mind I refuse for my son to come to place with rude people like this if you don't like your job move around.

My kids have gone here since learning to brush their two teeth. We love Dr. Lambert. Always personable, professional and caring. His staff is so friendly and great with the kids. My crew is now in their teens and slowly becoming adults but most of them still go to Dr. Lambert. Highly recommend.

We have been taking our kids to this office for years. The staff is amazing - especially with my youngest that struggles with oral sensory issues. Dr Lambert is wonderful- he always answers all my questions and never makes me feel rushed. Hands down the best dental office!

Dr. Katie and her assistant are always very professional and caring when my children have to have procedures done. They take extra care in making them comfortable and making them feel at ease. Every experience has been exceptionally pleasant here with both Dr. Katie and Dr. Lambert. The front office staff is always very welcoming and the hygienists are always pleasant. My kids have enjoyed coming here since they were very young and are now teenagers. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

Always had a great experience at Dr. Lambert's office. My kids like going to the dentist and love getting the stickers and toys out of the machine, as well as watching their favorite tv show during the treatments and cleanings.

Never go this dentist. My kid has healthy teeth. He took X-ray first visit. Then again he took X-ray second visit, which not needed. He doesn't talk or explain X-ray. Insurance coverage only one X-ray, they should know this. I got charged $135. Now, he doesn't provide me copy of X-ray. I asked couple times. He send me letter that my kid is no longer his patient. This is malpractice. I suspect that he really took X-ray.

This dentist is great if you have children who are home schooled or not in school. However, since our children go to school, it is impossible to get a appointment with them since they don't take children during the afternoons. I have never heard of a Pediatric dentist who doesn't take children in the afternoon!
