WORST waiting experience of my life! I rushed everything to make sure I arrived on time to my scheduled appointment. However, my time was not respected AT ALL! they kept saying 10 more minutes and a few more minutes and it turned into 40 minutes!!!! I was more than frustrated and left when they said they were just preparing the room for me. Not to mention the receptionist expressed very little care and interest in having me as a client and did not even bother trying to reschedule. Not even the Dr. came out to check in on the situation given that I was in for a potential root canal and high discomfort. Very unwelcoming! a few days later Dr. Eguchi called to apologize for the wait and still did not even offer to make up for the disrespected appointment.

Dr.Eguchi did my root canal back in 2021 after that I don't feel anything pain In my teeth , he is very professional and kind person also his staff are very friendly and kind.

Dr Eguchi is AWESOME!!! Ive had 3 root canals in the past 20+ years by him. He explains options.He explains the procedure as he goes. He gave me his cell # for after hours incase. He followed up the next day to see how I was doing. And the best part was no pain! I didnt feel a thing! Dr Eguchi and his staff are professional and caring.

Dr Eguchi is AWESOME!!! Ive had 3 root canals in the past 20+ years by him. He explains options.He explains the procedure as he goes. He gave me his cell # for after hours incase. He followed up the next day to see how I was doing. And the best part was no pain! I didnt feel a thing! Dr Eguchi and his staff are professional and caring.

I cannot say enough here. I was seen on an emergency basis on a Friday, followed up with on a Sunday! Simply the best.

Dr. Eguchi has rid my fear of dentists. In the last 4 years on 2 separate occasions he has taken care of two root canals for me (the most recent being in February 2019). Talking me through the process and giving me options. I am now able to enjoy eating hot and cold foods again without pain. Thank you Dr. Eguchi for taking such good care of me.

Very courteous and thoughtful endodontist. Before we left the office he gave us his cellphone number to call if we had any questions or concerns during the night. He called and texted the next morning to check on my niece & to see how she was progressing. I would definitely recommend him.

Professional, highly competent, and does not mind explaining reasons for procedures and their alternatives. When my gum surgery revealed a cracked tooth almost immediately after it commenced Dr. Eguchi stopped the procedure and reduced the price of the surgery since the cracked tooth required an extraction. His shots for numbing are among the most painless I've ever experienced. Magic hands?

He is professional, explains what's going on (if you really want to know) and most importantly with no pain or discomfort. His staff is very professional and efficient, appointments were on time and the procedure itself was over before in knew it, with absolutely no pain. If I ever need another such treatment I will return to his office.

If there were less than one star I would mark it. At the present time, my wife is in a life threatening condition and Eguchi's office is doing nothing about it - after weeks of failed dental care. All they seem interested in is exchanging money from my pocketbook to theirs. When that opportunity ran out, their interest in my wife ran out. I have been waiting two-three weeks for a return "emergency" call - hasn't happened. Now, we are off to the emergency room and looking at a lawsuit.

I found Dr Eguchi to be extremely professional and thorough. Very skilled in his work with excellent follow through. Great to find someone like him. great staff too.
