I called the office to make an appointment and spoke with a lady named Kathy she was the rudest person I've ever spoke to in my life after trying to get my information she then was very rude about having to wear a mask also I did not know the insurance question she asked me and she said you'll just have to speak with my insurance person before you are seen for this appointment. I was told about this office from a friend but I will look somewhere else for a dentist.

I was shocked when staff member Spencer used a racial slur. She unapologetically used the n-word twice in conversation. I will be finding a new dentist.

I've always been terrified of the dentist. Dr. Sigman and his staff made me feel so at ease. He's so kind and very gentle. I recently had major work done and I can honestly say I never experienced any problems. No pain at all. I was shocked. I highly recommend Dr. Dennis Sigman. He's a wonderful dentist and person. His staff is great too!

My niece received a bill in the mail for $611. This was something that was done FIVE years ago! She paid the Dennis office and I even asked Manager of finances if she was good. And she stated yes you are all paid up. Today is March 9, 2019 and she receive a bill for $611. She was told FIVE years ago that her bill was paid off. Did some research and found out that the receptionist that used to work there was pocketing money from them. I don't think it's her responsibility to pay the dentist office back of the money that she had already paid them that the lady pocketed. How was she supposed to know she was stealing $611 from her. She even have the documentation and the proof of when and where she MADEpayment from her checking account. We are honestly thinking about getting a lawyer after this incident. She even called a year later after the incident and the new receptionist even told me that I was OK that THEY WOULD FIX IT. I will never be going back here again unless if they can fix this issue. That's not a great way to treat your customers. Especially for something your old employee did. Pocketing money that's not right.

Very professional friendly staff. Comfortable office, updated equipment and great office music playing! I like that Dr. Sigman takes the time to explain treatment and answer any questions with his patients.
