I scheduled an appointment for my daughter. I called they day of to confirm the time which they did confirm. I then asked if I could give them her insurance information. They told me they already ran it from her name and date of birth and it was inactive. They refused to run the card number, as I just received her new card in the mail and know that she does have insurance. They admitted they had no intentions on calling me to inform her her insurance came up inactive, and were just going to wait until after I pulled my daughter out of school and arrived to tell me her insurance was inactive. Extremely unprofessional.

My mom got her wisdom teeth out at this facility. The staff were rude and unwelcoming and she didn't even receive gauze.... good thing we had paper towels in the car.

Sorry about your poor experiences. I can attest that Dr. Denning is excellent with children. I visited him when I was little. I can also understand that it is frustrating for both him and you when your child acts up in public. Let's all try to see this from each other's perspective. Be glad he isn't diagnosing fillings that don't need to be done just to get money.

That is priceless!!! I wanted to get 3 molars but Dr only took 1 and hoping to see me in 2 weeks to see my progress, which has been excellent in just a couple of hours. Finally I could sleep the whole night, after spending 1 week without being able to do it. Por fin pude dormir la noche completa, luego de pasar 1 semana sin poder hacerlo.

Had multiple teeth extracted and he has severely damaged nerves in the process... currently suing for malpractice...

Dr. Denning is rude and terrible at his job. The first thing I heard was him yelling at a child and telling them to stop crying because he doesn't deal with that in his office. Then when he finally looked at my teeth, he didn't listen to me. I had at least 3 cavities that he didn't mention and the fillings that are loose and even the hygentist said looks like they need replaced, he said we're fine. 2 weeks later, one of them broke. He's awful.

Worst dentist office in town. My son has been going here for a couple years now. Today he was to have a cavity filled, well Dr Denning wouldn't touch him because he was crying. Instead of sitting down and talking to his patients about what going to happen at this visit, he just stood back with a crappy grin on his face and then he pulls me aside and basically gets rude with me and says no dentist will touch his teeth if he's crying and told me to go somewhere else. I only started going to him because I've heard he is great with children, but apparently if a child cries in the dentist chair he won't do anything for them and tells you to go somewhere else. We will not be returning and I will Definitely be spreading the word around about our poor visit today and how this office send their patients elsewhere when they can't handle them. With my sons insurance it doesn't cover to be put to sleep to have the dental work done and I cannot afford $5,000 out of pocket to do it outside of the insurance company. When I told Denning that he shrugged his shoulders and basically told me "oh well". So now my sons teeth have to be put off even longer because this office has no tolerance for scared children. This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star.
