We had been on waiting list for appointments for months. We called Denison Dental and they go us in so quickly. They allowed me to make 5 appointments and received the BEST care for myself and my 4 children. It was such a relief getting them all in and seen the same day to establish care and make a manageable plan. We were able to do just that. We also needed an extraction and cap. They were able to get those done so that my daughter didn't have to struggle so badly or be in pain while waiting for the next appointment. The staff was very kind. They treated my children with respect and didn't over look them while explaining care and I LOVE that. We will be back and will be telling everyone we know! Thank you guys for taking such amazing care of all of us!

0 stars Absolutely unprofessional I had all four children scheduled for a appointment here arrive at the appointment to be told they canceled my appointment because I did not call to confirm that they had called me twice. However after reviewing there entire website nowhere does it state on there scheduling policy or anywhere on the policy for that matter that they will cancel your appointment if you are not confirmed. So I took all four kids out of school took off work had my mother in law take off due to my sons being autistic all for nothing. Will not be going back. I would understand if it stated on the policy you must confirm appointments but I guess this office makes rules as they go.

Do not go here! Terrible experience! Fillings, crowns, etc. are completed incorrectly causing additional issues. They do not stand behind their work and it is now going to cost me thousands to have the mistakes that their doctor made corrected. They also never run on time and takes an entire day to have your teeth cleaned, if they even get to you. Save yourself time, money and heartache. Go someplace else.

I came in this afternoon for an emergency appointment & Brittany was so quick to get me in & really worked with me with having no insurance. She's awesome! They did same day treatment as well. Heaven was my assistant & she was amazing! I can't say enough good things about this place!

I have had horrible problems with my molars for years and always was made to feel self conscious about it at every dental place that I went to. Heaven at Denison dental put all of my anxieties to rest almost immediately, she was so kind and knowledgeable. Not at all what I was expecting given my past experiences. You guys have earned my business for years to come. So happy to have come across you guys and for Heaven for easing my anxieties truly a BLESSING!!

Have been calling this office to make an appointment and for some reason the receptionist doesn't know if they accept MetLife or not even though they website says they do. Told me they would call me back right away and haven't heard from them. I called back after a week and she said the same thing and yet nothing. How come a dental office doesn't know what insurance they do accept? Very unprofessional.

I just want to say I absolutely love this place & Brittany at the front desk! I can't say enough good things about her & how she has changed this office for the better! The care that she gives the patients is unreal I mean a MAJOR DIFFERENCE since our last visit! We love the entire staff but Brittany is the absolute best!!!

This dental practice is one of the best I have been to in my 50+ years of seeing dentists. From the friendly, yet professional, staff to the high tech equipment to the cleanliness of the office - an A+ on the traditional grading scale. I would highly recommend setting your next dental appointment with Denison Dental PLLC.

My daughter had an appointment the other day & all i can say is i was highly impressed! Brittany at the front desk was so kind & so informative. My son came a few months ago & we weren't going to come back but i am glad i did! The Dr & staff were wonderful BIG BIG change since our last visit!

I have made four different dental appointments for my daughter here, and every single time, the office calls me to cancel her appointment last minute. Out of 4 appointments scheduled, she had only been seen 1 time here, and they rescheduled that appointment too. This place is completely unprofessional and will just waste your time if you try to make an appointment here, so dont waste your time trying to get seen here.

I looked forward to coming to my appt because the young woman scheduling my appt really put in an effort to work with my scheduled but I ended up disappointed. I let her know that I don't get off work until 5pm but she said it wouldn't be a problem if I was a little late. About an hour before my 5pm appt (on a Friday) I received a call that the dentist was about an hour behind and asked if I wanted to reschedule until Monday. I didn't catch where she said "with the rest of your family." I told her no because that wouldn't work with my schedule and that I wouldn't mind waiting. At about 5:10 I get a call from the office asking where I was.The young woman at the front was obviously annoyed even though I was about to pull up. Her attitude toward me was very noticeable and I could even feel it when I checked in. In my head I was wondering why it was a big deal if the dentist was an hour behind....which let me add that I only waited about 10 mins to be seen so that was an obvious lie. I needed a follow up appt so upon checking out I was asked again if I wanted to come on Monday with the rest of family. ??? It clicked to me then that there were other people with my last name that she wanted to re-schedule me with in hopes of getting to go home sooner I can only assume. I'm only giving 3 stars because the dentist and the assistant were very sweet. She could tell there was something wrong because my BP was through the roof. This was in Oct 2021. Today, I received a call asking if I wanted to schedule an appointment and I politely declined. The woman said "ok, I'll note that." and hung up. If this was my business I would want to know why a customer wasn't returning.
