Denise M. Pieczynski, D.M.D., is originally from Buffalo, New York. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Clarkson University in 1986. From 1986 1990 she attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.
From 1990 1991, Dr. Pieczynski completed a general practice residency program at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial and affliated hospitals in Miami, Florida. This residency included rotations in general dentistry, oral surgery, anesthesiology and the emergency room.
In 1994 she received her certificate from the University of Florida, having completed a two year program studying Prosthodontics. This program included advanced training in restorative dentistry, dental implants, cosmetic dentistry and removable prosthetics.
Dr. Pieczynski is a member of the American College of Prosthodontists, as well as the Past President of the Treasure Coast Dental Society. She has served the Vero Beach and surrounding communities for 23 years. In her free time, Denise enjoys snowboarding, roller-blading, and being out on the water. She considers her biggest accomplishment to be happily married and the mother of two wonderful children. She enjoys living in Ft. Pierce, Florida with her husband, children and 4 Maine Coon cats.
Super proud of my sister, she was one of the star dancers in Vero Beachs Dancing with Veros Stars that raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for the Indian River County Healthy Start Coalition whose mission is to assure every pregnant woman and their young children receive necessary healthcare and support services. Matthew Rolfes, DMD, was born in Vero Beach, Florida and raised in neighboring Fort Pierce. Dr. Rolfes received his Associates in Arts degree from Indian River State College. He continued his education at The University of Florida graduating Cum Laude with a degree in Microbiology and Cellular Science. He graduated with honors in 2015 from Nova Southeastern University College.
Dr. Rolfes is deeply committed to continuing education and has completed hundreds of hours in various areas of dentistry. He believes in a relationship based, patient centered approach to dentistry and aims to provide the highest quality of comprehensive care to his patients.
A true outdoorsman, Matts hobbies include boating, fishing, diving, golf, and above all, aviation. When not practicing dentistry, you can find Dr. Rolfes spending time with his wonderful wife Rachel and his lovable fur baby, a golden retriever named Arlo.
With her famous line of I can help you! Julie greets everyone with her warmth and smile. Julie came to our office five years ago, bringing with her a background of 20 years in dentistry. She loves to serve people and it shows.
Ann started her career in dentistry as a dental assistant 20 years ago and joined Dr. Pieczynskis wonderful team in February of 2020. You can find her with a smile on her face when serving our patients both at the front desk as well as the operatory on occasion!
Tina has worked with Dr. Pieczynski for over twelve years, and has worked in the dental field for 25 years. Her ongoing personal relationship with her patients is of utmost importance to her. She enjoys improving their health and watching the benefit it provides each of them. Our patients frequently comment that they have never had their teeth cared about in such a thorough, caring manner.
Meggin has worked in dentistry for 18 years, and we have been lucky to have her for the last year! Working one on one with her patients, providing excellent dental care in a gentle manner, is Meggins favorite part of her job. Our patients love her calming demeanor as she takes care of their individual needs.
As our dental assistant, Missy takes care of our patients with compassion and respect. When speaking of her job, Missy indicates that helping a patient get their smile back is her greatest reward. She enjoys caring for her patients and assisting Dr. Pieczynski. Her amazing skills bring our patients a smile full of self-confidence.
Brooke joined the practice with Dr. Rolfes in January of 2022. She brings 4 years of experience in dentistry; graduating from Indian River State College with an Associates in Dental Assisting. Brookes gentle and caring manner is a huge asset to the team. She enjoys connecting with each patient and helping them achieve their best smile.
Lindsey is a true Floridian. Born and raised in Sebastian and Vero Beach, she comes from a family of pioneers who helped to establish this town. Lindsey is an artist who transformed her talents to become a Dental Lab Technician. Graduating with an A.S degree in Dental Laboratory Technology and Management from IRSC in 2012. Her passion for the Dental field and making people smile over the last 10 years has led her into this next adventure as a Dental Assistant.

Very compassionate and talented Dentists and staff. My hygienist is very thorough. There very modern office "visual aids" allows for superb patient education when teeth or gum issues need to be evaluated.

I wanted to let others know that Dr Matthew Rolfes is an outstanding dentist. I had to have a tooth extracted today. The Doctor proved his exceptional skill to me during this procedure. I would highly recommend him to anyone searching for a very good dentist.

I had some composite fillings done today by Dr Matthew Rolfes. He was very professional and kind. This was my first interaction with him since he joined Dr Pieczynski's practice and he did an awesome job. Exactly the level of expertise we have come to expect from Dr Pie. My wife and I would highly recommend Dr Pieczynski and Dr Rolfes to anyone needing any level of dental work!

As a dental phobic is is always nerve wracking to visit the dentist. The staff at this office are warm, friendly and reassuring. Both of the dentists are terrific. They take the time to let you know everything that they are going to do. I would never consider going anywhere else.

I was in Vero staying at the Kimpton Hotel for vacation and had a dental emergency. Dr. Rolfes and his team were able to get me in on short notice even though I wasn't from the area. They took care of me, made me feel comfortable, made me feel like family. I would recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a compassionate, honest, and ethical doctor.

Outstanding service from Dr. Rolfes and his team. Very welcoming and almost no waiting once we arrived. The staff was fanominal and extremely caring while taking the time to explain things as well as options available. The technology they had was state of the art and extremely beneficial to the patient experiance. We drove more then 100 miles to visit the practice and we will happily do it again as we are lifetime clients of Dr. Rolfes.

I needed a crown on a natural front tooth. I've had a lifelong beautiful smile, which I did not want to loose. I'm very fortunate to have found Dr. Matthew Rolfes, in Vero Beach, Florida. Dr. Rolfes crowned my top front tooth and it looks exactly (EXACTLY!!) like the natural tooth, the crown covers. Additionally, Dr. Rolfes dental assistant Brook, took great care, to create the temporary front tooth, that also looked exactly like the original, natural tooth. I would recommend Dr. Rolfes to my family and friends.

I've been a well cared for and appreciative patient of Dr Pieczynski for many years for mostly crown restoration and replacement. Recently I came in with a crown that had broken of a tooth and met Dr Mathew Rolfes who has recently joined the group. Without too many details, what was left of my original tooth was not adequate to go with the procedure I was used to. Dr Rolfes was so professional, yet compassionate in explaining why and how he was going to create a "tooth" which included surgery right there in the treatment room to fill the noticeable gap in my smile. Well, 2 days later I am a very happy lady with a retainer that fits around my upper teeth with a tooth that looks just like my original tooth filling in the gap - a temporary fix while my jaw heals and the permanent crown be installed. I am so grateful that I was in the hands of such a skilled, yet compassionate professional. I must add that there is a very talented, cheerful, professional team who are supporting these two wonderful Doctors. If you are lucky enough to get an appointment with Tina, you'll be so pleased - best Hygienist ever!

While I have been with Dr Pieczynski for almost three decades, this was my first visit with Dr Matt Rolfes, Dr Pieczynski's new Associate. Terrific chair side manner and explained in detail the work and he took inter oral pictures. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of great dental care.

Dr. P was a 5-gold star find for me. Originally, I found when I needed major dental work and was unable to find a restoration dentist here in FL after moving from NY. She is a skilled expert at what she does, she explains everything so that it's understandable and takes her time to discuss options. Amazing and fortunate that I found her. Her office staff and support team are the best at what they do.

I have been going to Dr. Denise Pieczynski for nearly 25 years I'd say and she and her staff are beyond amazing and they became like family to me and my whole family . Recently she added to her already amazing talented staff by adding Dr. Matthew Rolfes to her practice and today I had the pleasure of meeting him and his assistant Brooke they both got to see the real Mary Ann personality lol both on purpose and not so to say the least they have amazing personalities. They prepped my very back molar and you hardly knew they were in your mouth . Both of them were gentle and did amazing work but I knew whoever Dr Pie added to her business should be just as amazing and talented as she is I love these people and as I always hated the dentist they make you look forward to the next visit !! Everyone in the office.

My wife and I just moved to Vero Beach and found this practice on a recommendation from a new friend. Dr. Rolfes has been caring for me and I couldn't be happier. He is young and well trained in up to date treatment techniques. The office uses the most modern imaging tools, Great staff. Dr. Rolfes "chairside manner" is both warm and professional. You know you're in good hands with this team. Highly recomend!
