Dr Perrotta and staff are the BEST!! Everyone is friendly, professional, and careing. I was having a crown replaced, Dr Perrotta called to make sure I was doing OK and to see if I had any questions. I highly recommend Dr Perrotta & staff. If you want the best see Dr Perrotta!

Well, this is an easy review to write. Dr. Perrotta has literally saved my teeth since she started her practice in Winston. Had she not taken charge of my dental care I would have dentures today. No kidding. She discovered that I had crowns & bridges that were were "leaking" -- and had cavities underneath. She set up a very logical treatment plan, and as of this date has replaced several crowns and bridges, has directed installation of implants for teeth that couldn't be saved, and continues to monitor everything. Just this week she found a "legacy" bridge that has a cavity hiding underneath...and hopefully it's early enough that we can save both anchor teeth because of her tenacity (and talent at reading x-rays). Best of all, Dr. Perrotta and all of her staff are kind, and always go out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I have known two of her support staff from a former dental practice, and both are terrific, wonderful souls who take care of me (and also provided that same kindness & care for my late parents). One dental exam with Dr. Perrotta and you'll know what it's like to experience a top-notch, professional dentist and staff who will all become like family.

Doctor Perrotta pushed unnecessary procedures just to make an extra buck at my expense! I was told by Dr. Perotta that I needed to replace all my sealants ($1,500) because x-rays show decay under them and they were turning a darker color than my tooth. When I called to make the appointment, the staff looked at the xray and said it did NOT show decay anywhere! Second opinion from different dentist said there was NO decay and NO procedure was necessary at all! Was also advised by new doctor that clear sealants do appear to be darker in color and that it is NOT a sign that anything is wrong! Administrative staff is just as incompetent - saw dr. Perrotta for years and never ONCE was my bill correct. Things that had already been paid were sent to collections, I was asked to pay more than I was initially told, charges I was told NOT to pay because they were going to be paid by insurance were sent to collections without my knowledge, etc.
