Everyone in this facility is as polite as can be besides the actual doctor...she was a little rude and seemed to be in a rush...other than that the guys at the desk was amazing and the assistant was just as good...

Friendly Staff. Easy paperwork. Calm environment. They took my insurance when others didn't. Dr. Ansari is a cool dentist...never thought I would say that about a dentist. I'll definitely be back for my crown and deep cleaning.

Appointment was at 2:00 pm at Deluxe Dental in Royal Oak. Got into room on time. Had xrays taken immediately. At 2:50, 50 minutes later dentist came in to look at xrays. Spent 5 minutes checking them. No problem. That is normal. No cavities. All is good. Took picture at 3:07 pm. At 3:08 woman came in. Thought "about time." Was informed "just setting up." Don't know what she set up as person that took me to room already placed tools in tray. Did see polish container now though. It is now 3:16. I drove 1 hour and 30 minutes as I couldn't find dentist that took my insurance. I only need cleaning. Dentist returned at 3:22. He did cleaning. Out the door and in my car by 3:33. Won't be back in 6 months.

Very profession office. Pleasant staff! Did everything that was needed at a reasonable cost. Happy with the outcome! I definitely recommend. Dr. Anbari was amazing! Christine is so sweet as well as Nancy and Rami. The assistants were very professional!! Love them

Wonderful environment, great staff, I've been to dentist offices, where you couldn't read their paperwork. Deluxe Dental paper work was pleasing to the eye, no eye straining that day. Dr. Anbari exam my teeth and gave me a plan, I received information that I had not been present with before, and when the extracted was over I was asking is it over, I felt no pain. Thank you and I will be back soon.

Great communication and service from moment of entry to exit! Nancy at the front desk was great with helping me understand my insurance and type of work I can get done every step of the way. The assistants Abir and Rami were very personable, patient, and gentle with me. Dr. Anbari most of all made me assured that there truly are great Dentists out there that are looking out for their patients! If you feel like you have been driving around ENDLESSLY because the DOCTORS wont accept your insurance... I HIGHLY recommend DELUXE DENTAL to see what they can do for you! ESPECIALLY DR. ANBARI! I did have a wait time, which is expected in any dental clinic. I appreciate all the doctor's time and efforts, well worth the wait! THANK YOU DOCTOR! I FEEL REBORN! @abstractdreamersnft

Beautiful environment, friendly staff, and outstanding service. I honestly felt so comfortable around the dental assistants and Dr. Anbari. They all really tried their best to make sure I was taken care of. Front desk employees greeted me with a smile. Clean and sanitary environment as well. 10/10

The help wanted sign posted on the front door should have been my first red flag. I made an appointment for a cleaning. It's been almost a year since my last cleaning, so I was due. After filling out a lot of paperwork, I waited about a half hour. I was called back to this cubicle like room and xrays were taken. Maybe the tech was new... the device was awkward and kept digging into the soft area under your tongue. I tasted blood but the worst part was the dentist. The chair faces away from the entrance so he alarmed me upon entering. No introduction- no pleasantries. I've never met this man. His back is to me looking at xrays. He made me feel embarrassed and disgusting, talking about tartar and build up. Mentioned bone loss and two crowns needed. The hygienist couldn't clean my teeth- I needed a DEEP cleaning and had to reschedule. Guess what? Just got home from a new, different dentist. No deep cleaning needed, complementing me on my healthy gums. No bone loss. No unusual buildup of filth. The crowns were a true story but my new place charges a lot less money. Don't let the pretty entrance fool you. This place is a disaster.

Deluxe dental was a very organized and good looking place, the best place to get your teeth checked. Lots of dentists so there is no wait. Staff is very friendly and the place is also cleaned up great. I highly recommend main dental.

Bad Experience. Waited 30 mins in waiting area. Finally got to a chair .. Kid doing x-rays really bad bedside manner. Hurt me several times. Then 10-15 minutes later Dr comes in and asks about my high blood pressure - I don't have High blood Pressure ...he had the wrong chart. 10 minutes later returns with the correct chart. Looks at my teeth ... leaves. 10-15 mins then hygienist enters proceeds to come in and out 3-4 times. .. each time taking 10-15 minutes out of the room. Finally after 2 hours and 10 mins of being there she just couldn't figure it out...staring at the computer asking questions... I just got up and said I had to leave I couldn't take it anymore. As I left they gave me another hygienist. She did a very quick cleaning - I really don't feel like my teeth are clean. Won't be returning.
