Dr. Walker grew up in the Boise, ID area and knew from a young age that he wanted to become a dentist. After serving a 2 year LDS church mission in Hungary, he married his wife Kimberly and earned a scholarship to attend Boise State University. He completed a dual major BS in Human Biology and Pre-Dental Studies. Kimberly concurrently completed a Masters in Social Work while at Boise State. Dr. Walker and Kimberly both highly value education.
Dr. Walker and his wife then accepted an invitation to attend dental school at the University of Louisville. He earned a scholarship through the US Navy and completed a Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD). While in dental school, Dr. Walker and his wife welcomed twin boys, McKay and Cade, into their family.
Following dental school, Dr. Walker completed a 1 year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) at Naval Dental Center Camp Pendleton, CA. The Walkers then welcomed a baby girl to their family, Kaleah. Dr. Walker worked as a staff dentist in various Naval Dental Clinics over the next 3 years completing advanced training in Prosthodontics, Orthodontics, and Implant Dentistry.
Dr. Walker enjoys woodworking, ceramics, and golfing. He is dedicated to continuing education and the delivery of the best that dentistry has to offer. Deluxe Dental is where the best dentistry is the standard of care.
