Had to wait 3 months for my crown after a root canal. They didn't numb me properly until I yelled in pain. Then I was having pain once the crown was in and when they xrayed they realized it was chipped. Some young guy whom I'm assuming was related to the owner tried yanking out the crown with pliers and then when he gave up they offered me a 50 dollar visa gift card. 2400 dollars I spent to go through all that. PleaseDO NOT GO HERE

Good Office. Easy to Find. They even took MY insurance! My teeth are much better than before I am glad Deluxe Dental took over this office. I will be back in 6 months for sure

They are an exceptionally good, great with scheduling & my crown is the best dental work I've ever had done. I highly recommend them & will go here exclusively headed forward.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! Business takes advantage of senior citizens. Front desk/billing does not fully disclose information to their patients. Several billing statements received in error. The office manager travels and is never available to rectify the matter. When the office manager does call back it's at 7am. Very unprofessional. My father had dental impressions taken April 2022. The office lost the impressions TWICE. As a result the office is unable to give an ETA. No communication has been sent detailing the situation and recourse, just blank apologies by the office staff. How does a company that has been in business for over 10 years lose dental impressions twice? My father waited in the office for 45+ minutes only for the office manager to say, the office has lost the dental impressions.

Went in for a sever toothache and was told it was going to be a wait. I sat no longer than an hour and when I got to the back the procedure was less that five minutes and it was painless. I highly recommend this place.

I had 3 appointments; this place doesn't care about your teeth. They care about how much money can get from your insurance. It may take up to three hours of waiting, even if you have an appointment. The place smells terrible. The dental chairs are not clean. You will need to clean the seat before your sit in the waiting area

Very kind, considerate. Made me feel comfortable. And made sure I knew what my insurance covers and my responsibility. Great. And works with u.. Amber and Dr. Milad!!! Thank u.

Plan on them scheduling 5-10 people at the same time as you and then waiting an hour before you get called back to sit for another hour. Won't be back

So incredibly unprofessional. I scheduled my inital visit back in April, could not see me until June. June comes around, I call the day of my appointment to confirm time- "oh, I'm sorry, we don't have a provider to accept your insurance. You should have recieved a call to reschedule." Absolutely did not, ended up rescheduling to September. Called to confirm the day before appointment- "thank you for confirming!" I asked if they were able to hire a provider- "oh, no sorry" Okay...so not confirmed. I give up. Screw this place.

I called Deluxe Dental to get an appointment for myself and my 3 girls. We had a great experience and I'm so glad because I really don't like going to the dentist at all. Front desk was welcoming and very pleasant. Dr Amber Kizy was so nice and went over in detail everything that was happening and needed to happen. Amber and Janae were awesome. They were so comforting and well knowledgeable about everything. I didn't get the lady's name that cleaned my teeth but she was awesome too. I learned so much about teeth and why I was having the issues I have. This place is great! Thank you guys for being so nice and welcoming and also so knowledgeable and passionate about your jobs! Update: I just realized I left all my insurance cards for myself and my children and also my license and no one called me to let me know I left my cards there. I just realized it when going to urgent care and they ask me for my cards and license and I remember , they were never given back to me..

There ad is misleading it says Medicare and Medicaid accepted. Reviews say it's accepted and I called they said no.

I went in today as a new walk in. Was advised twice that there could be a 2 hour wait. I said I'd wait. I was in pain. Pulled out my book to get ready for my wait & after one page I was called back. Everyone was very friendly. I seen Dr. Milad & her assistant was Amber. I am always terrified when I get in the chair. Amber was so friendly and talked to me thru the procedure. I had 2 extractions and absolutely no pain. I am so happy that this was the office I decided to go to. Highly recommend this office.
