Dr. Joe Delmond graduated from University of Florida College of Dentistry in 2010. He commuted and practiced in Ocala for over five years before transitioning into Gainesville with Dr. Winikor. From 2012 to 2014, Dr. Delmond attended UF Comprehensive Dentistry Program, which is a 600-hour continuing education and skill development course that earned him a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD)
Dr. Delmond and his wife are active volunteers in both local and international dental programs such as Gainesville Community Ministries, Mission of Mercy in Jacksonville, Acorn Clinic, and Dentistry from the Heart (Ocala). Dr. Delmond has traveled as far as Cochabamba, Bolivia, to volunteer his dental skills.

Laura was born and raised in Buffalo, New York. After graduating from college in her hometown, she moved to Gainesville and attended dental assisting school. She worked for several years as an assistant while putting herself through dental hygiene school, which she graduated with our very own, Rychane in 2000. Laura practiced as a hygienist for 17 years and spent most of that time serving our veterans at the Gainesville VA clinic. Now Dr. Delmonds office manager, she enjoys going to work everyday to spend the time with our great patients and awesome coworkers. Laura spends her free time with her niece, Sofia and nephew Michael, taking walks with her dogs, Snuggie and Finnegan and watching and traveling to see her favorite team, The Buffalo Bills! She often gets teased by many of our patients who are Dolphins fans(boooooo)
Dorothy (Dot) was born in Gainesville and grew up in Alachua. She started her career in dental assisting,after graduating from Santa Fe College in 1980. She began an internship with Dr. Bogdanoff, which resulted in permanent employment through the transition and history of all three of the practices doctors.( Dr. Bogdanoff, Dr. Winikor and Dr. Delmond) Dorothy enjoys the variety of working in our general practice dental office and the numerous treatments we provide to our patients. Dorothy feels fortunate to work with an amazing team of co-workers. I consider myself extremely special to have found a job that I truly enjoy!
Kim was born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. Her passion for music and running brought her to Gainesville in 1987 to attend UF to study and perform on the viola. In 1989, Kim started the Dental Hygiene Program at Santa Fe and graduated in 1991. Kim worked for Dr. Loyce Jones for 6 years before joining Dr. Israel Winikor and her mother, Carol, who had been Dr. Winikors long time office manager. Kim married her soulmate, Jay, in 1994. Their incredible son, Brett, graduated from Jacksonville University with his Bachelors Degree in Cyber Security. Brett also shares his passion for running with Kim. He ran cross country and Track and Field at JU. Kim loves the outdoors and enjoys hiking and traveling. After two decades with this office, I am grateful to think of my patients as an extension of my family and look forward to many more years with them.
Rychane,(pronounced Rich/Ann), is originally from Northern Kentucky but has called Florida home since 1981. Rychane has been a dental hygienist since 2000. She attended hygiene school with our office manager, Laura. Rychane began working for Dr. Winikor in 2001, until his retirement and the purchase from Dr. Delmond in 2015. After 20 years, Rychane transitioned from hygiene to the front desk as our Insurance coordinator assistant. She loves it and is still able to have contact with the patients she has cared for and has called friends for all these years. Rychanes feels very fortunate to work everyday with friends. Married in 1995 to her high school sweetheart, Dan, they have proudly raised two sons into adulthood. Rychane is a huge fan of movies and animals and enjoys walking her dog, Mollie.
Born and raised in the Gainesville area.Crystal came to work for Dr. Winikor ( Dr. Delmonds predecessor) after graduating from the dental hygiene program at Santa Fe College in2005. Crystal is married to her high school sweetheart. While they have no children, they share their home with their beloved bulldog, Jolene. Together they enjoy traveling, especially to National Parks and have a fondness for outdoor activities such as boating, camping and hiking. Aside from this, Crystal has a unique passion for the culinary arts, especially baking and cake decorating.(a hobby she picked up when she learned she would be an aunt) She finds the art of marrying delicious baked goods with her creative flair very satisfying. Crystals faith is also very important to her and she enjoys being part of a local Christian Church. Crystal cares deeply for her patients and strives to provide them with warmth and expert care at each visit.
Erica was born and raised in Gainesville Florida. She has been a Certified Registered Dental Hygienist since 2017. She takes pride in providing the best care for her patients. In her spare time, Erica enjoys reading books, traveling, rollerblading, spending time with family and volunteering with NAMI Gainesville. She also loves eating snacks and taking naps whenever possible.
Wendy is a native of Gainesville. She and her husband, Terry, enjoy fishing and hunting. She loves coming to work everyday to provide the best care to our awesome patients. Wendy always has a smile on her face and laughter in her heart. I work with the best staff.
