Dr. Delk joined his uncle in practice in July 2006, and purchased the practice from his uncle in December of 2014. A native of Smithfield, VA, Dr. Delk earned his BA from the University of Virginia in 2000, his DDS from VCU/MCV in 2005, and his AEGD certificate from Baylor College of Dentistry, Dallas, TX in 2006. Dr. Delk is a member of the tripartite organizations- American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, and Richmond Dental Society, and also a member of the Academy of General Dentistry. In July of 2016 Dr. Delk was awarded his Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry. He has served as a part time faculty member at VCU School of Dentistry in the Department of General Practice and is a member of numerous study clubs in the area. Dr. Delk is also very proud of his work at The Virginia Home, where he volunteers his dental services multiple times a year. He is a member of a local Spear Study Club with other Richmond area dentists, and has been chosen one of the Top Dentists in Virginia by Virginia Living Magazine multiple years in a row. Dr. Delk is also a certified Invisalign provider.
Dr. Delk and his staff work closely together as a cohesive unit. The staff at the office have all of the training necessary to help prevent, diagnose, and treat any and all of your dental needs. They stay current on the latest advances in research and treatment so you know youll get the most advanced care available anywhere to help meet your dental goals and expectations. All of our staff have a long history of working in the dental field, and have settled nicely into our practice. We are extremely lucky to have all of these fine ladies as a part of our wonderful team.
Danielle is one of our chairside assistants who joined our office in June of 2020. She was born and raised in Richmond and worked in healthcare for several years prior to receiving her certification in Dental Radiology from the VCU Dental School and training as a dental assistant. Danielle also works alongside the administrative staff when needed.
Kristin is one of our chairside assistants who joined our team in June of 2019. She is from Richmond and has been assisting with patient care since she received her certificate in Dental Assisting and Dental Radiology from J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College in 2013.
Paige is a Registered Dental Hygienist who joined our office in January of 2002. She is a native of Richmond and earned her Associate Degree from Fayetteville Tech in 2000. Paige has been in practice for over 20 years.
Whitney is a Registered Dental Hygienist who joined our team in April of 2019. She was born in the Richmond area and received her BS in Dental Hygiene from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2007. She is also a member and past officer in the Commonwealth Dental Hygienist Society.
Diane is a Registered Dental Hygienist who has worked in our office for over 39 years. She was born in the Richmond area and received her BS in Dental Hygiene from the Medical College of Virginia in 1980. She has worked as both the office administrator and chairside with patients. Diane retired in December of 2019 but has kept her license to fill in as a substitute when needed.
Kathy is a Registered Dental Hygienist. A Navy 'brat', Kathy was born in Great Lakes, IL. She earned her Associate Degree at East Tennessee State University in 1976. Kathy is a member and officer in the Commonwealth Dental Hygienist Society. Kathy retired in April of 2019 but has kept her license to fill in as a substitute when needed.
Deborah is our Office Administrator who joined our team in March of 2019 as an administrative assistant. She grew up in Richmond and worked in health care for over 5 years prior to joining the dental field in 2017. Deborah received her certification in Dental Radiology from the VCU Dental School.
Amy is both our administrative assistant as well as a chairside assistant who joined our office in 2018. She is from Hanover and received her certification in 1999 from John Tyler Community College. Amy has been working in the dental field since then, and has worked in many different specialties in the Richmond area.

Because we live an hour outside of Richmond, they do their best to accommodate us when making appointments. Going to Dr. Delk has taken away my fears of going to the dentist! My visit to Dr. Campbell Delk DDS is always a pleasant one; from the office staff, dental assistants to the newest dentist on board they all have the most pleasant bed side manner. I really, REALLY hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Delk and his staff are always ready to put me at ease. Dr. Delk knows he's dealing with a 60+ yr old baby and goes the extra mile to make sure I'm comfortable. He and his staff are the absolute BEST.

Dr. Delk's office is always a great experience and the staff is so personable. They are amazing with my children (toddlers) and they always look forward to their appointments.
