My in-laws were using Delivered Dental Services as residents of Hillcrest Grand Lodge in Papillion for some of the time they lived there(2 years). I am really questioning what kind of service they provided? Once moved to their new Long term care facility and went out to a new dentist, numerous problems were found. They needed to do a complete cleaning and scaling procedure so they could actually evaluate the decay. Four cavities were found, gingival inflammation and the need of a crown. I find it hard to believe this all happened in the three months that they have been at the other facility?!!! Not very happy with the lack of appropriate care and prevention and almost $2200.00 that it will cost for these issues to be addressed! Compassionate, quality care?? not from this service. Linda C.
