Kisbeth Virruso is a certified dental hygienist licensed to practice in the state of New York. Kisbeth Graduated from Hostos Community College in 2013. She has been part of Dr. Delba J. Penas team for over a year and she has over 13 years of experience in the dental field.

Kisbeth has been married for over fifteen years and she has three beautiful children. She enjoys spending time with her family and leads a very healthy and active lifestyle. Kisbeth feels very fortunate to work for a practice that really cares about the community it serves and she is committed to providing the highest level of care to all her patients.

Neera Radoo is a licensed and certified dental hygienist who graduated from New York City College of Technology in 2012. She has been working in the dental field for the past 17 years. She has two beautiful children and enjoy spending time with friends and family.

Neera became part of Dr. Penas staff in 2013 where she started off part time and is now a full time employee. She is known for her gentle touch and caring personality and is empathic towards patients with dental anxiety. She is extremely passionate about her role as a hygienist and enjoy educating patients about improving their oral hygiene.

Save your time and choose a different dentist. Dr.Pena overbooks her appointments so even if there's only 2 dentists available there will be 5 appointments at a single time. We had an appointment at 1:00PM and didn't get helped until 3:50PM. Almost 3 hours to just sit in a chair for 15 minutes to get my sister's braces rubber bands changed. What's the point of an appointment if you don't get helped anywhere near the time? ------------------ Edit: Had to come back for my sibling. There is a line OUTSIDE of the office waiting to go in. We're essentially sitting on the floor. If you value your time find a new dentist. Or prepare to wait ~3 hours

My friend uses this dentist, she waits up to two hours to be seen. She travelled from far with her daughter, and was a few minutes late so she called the dentist to let them know but nobody answered. Upon arriving 7 min late, she was told her daughter can't be seen because she was too late. I don't like leaving bad reviews, I tried calling the office to rectify this situation so that she can make another appointment without the anxiety of being turned away, but I was put on an endless hold until I finally lost patience and hung up. To the staff members reading this: If you care so much about honoring time, allow your clients to be seen after being a few minutes late if you make them wait 2 hours to be seen anyway

This office is receiving a 1 due their poor office staff. The dentist are great in the fact you feel no pain and make you comfortable once you are in the chair. The front office staff are dismissive, unorganized, and rude. I am currently attending graduate school out of state and made my appointments to accommodate travel and time. After one of my visits, I was told I had to come back in TWO WEEKS because I had temps in my mouth and the crown would be ready. The night before (6pm)my 2 week appt., in which I traveled from Maryland they call to tell me I need to reschedule, my appointment was at 10am. Then to fix this issue they took me anyway to start my fill in process because after 2 weeks they still did not have the crown. Two days later while back in Maryland the temporary on the left came out while brushing my teeth. Upset, I called the office where the office manager I originally spoke to was not in and i then spoke the the assistant office manager, who was rude and dismissive said she would get back to me. Still waiting for the phone call, the crown, and the appointment. We're going on 3 weeks for a 2 week temporary fix. This is the lack of unprofessionalism displayed by the front desk and their management. Its also obvious due to the other complaints shown. They need patient and customer training ASAP!!!!

Went in for a general check up and dental cleaning. I had the best experience. The office is very clean and modern. Everyone was extremely professional.

Literally lasted 2 hours in the waiting room, don't go here. They'll waste your time, and will tell you you're up next when you're really not so you can stay shut. Even after you're done, and need to make a next appointment they take their sweet time to assist you even when they're doing absolutely nothing. As for everyone else saying they just want the insurance money, well they do! They said I had several cavities on the same spot they already filled. Will be switching dentists, they're a joke!

Dr. Delba Pena, is a very caring and educated dentist. Her office is full of high tech equipment and her staff are knowledgeable and highly trained. I definitely recommend Dr. Pena's office.

Writing this review for my mother. She had an appointment for 3pm to get fillings put in and waited in the lobby for At least 2 hours until she was finally able to go inside and get the work done. Once she was inside they left her waiting AGAIN to work on another patient. Delba would get mad at her because she would move her tongue like a normal reflex. Very unprofessional. The appointment was at 3 and didn't leave till after 6pm. Not only the long wait but on top of it all she did the job all wrong due to the fact that after she was in so much pain that we had to go to another dentist for her to fix the terrible job Delba did. Go to a different dentist. One that is more professional and knows what she's doing and isn't greedy by over booking her appointments
