I came here on 10/20/2022 I talked to the Dentist who is very condescending but nice. They couldn't fix what needed to be fix until the following wed so I set the appt. I then talked to my actual dentist who is in PA hoping he had a sooner opening h he told me to bring him my X-rays that they took that morning. I called the receptionist to have them sent to my email. She says why did you get a referral, I said no I'm having my dentist look at them she says well I'm canceling your appt on wed if your being seen by someone else. I'm like huh but I didn't cancel it and I'm not sure if I'm being seen by someone else. We went back and forth and she said she was calling the police and hung up on me.

Usually everyone is apprehensive before dental visit. My recent visit trip was an exception. Front desk staff and Dr.Syed's assistant were always smiling and comforting. Dr.Syed explained everything in detail. He is very comforting and professional. I highly recommend Dr.Syed for complete dental care.

I don't recommend this place. they won't tell you clearly about the insurance coverage and charge you an upfront fee after months. This was so unfair as they charge me a few hundred dollars saying that procedure is not covered under my insurance and go ahead and charged me after a few months. This is so unfair because they convenience me with the lower cost of the procedure and later charge a hefty amount. On top of it, they haven't done the procedure properly as my tooth started hurting my cheeks. I found another dentist who turn down all these guys recommended to do.

I had an emergency and this dentist and his team were absolutely amazing with booking me right away. Everyone was kind and warm. I'm new in town and was searching for a good dentist, so glad I found DSD!

It's always such a pleasure to see Dr Syed & his staff. Michelle is the most gentle (and informative!) hygienist and Dr Syed truly is a highly skilled (and compassionate) dentist. From scheduling an appointment, to getting your teeth cleaned, to addressing any dental concerns, to taking care of the billing-Delaware Star Dental has a "Five Star Staff" that takes care of you through each step of your appointment. You're treated like part of a "family " as opposed to just a patient. Thanks for always taking good care of me (and my family!)

I just had my tooth pulled from them, and I tried telling him that I could still feel the pain in my tooth and it wasn't numb. He went on to tell me that it WAS numb and to just lay back. That man pulled my tooth and I felt EVERYTHING! I tried to get him to stop and he kept telling me to hold still and squeeze the stress ball they gave me. I do not recommend going here. Some of the staff was nice, that's about the only nice thing about that place.

My sister Jean has special needs. Needs which require a doctor and his staff to have special professional qualities in caring for her. My sister has been going to Dr Syed for years and years. Dr Syed and his staff have special qualities in the field of care. Qualities which leave me feeling that my sister is in the best of hands. If a patient in your chair waiting for an extraction tells you that they are still feeling pain, why would you tell them "No, you're not" and continue with the extraction??? When that patient screams in pain as you extract their tooth does that perhaps tell you that maybe they weren't lying? Shame on you for calling yourself a caring doctor!

From the very first day I have stepped foot into Delaware Star Dental office. I knew in my heart that I finally found the Dentist I've been searching for all my life. A dentist that I can trust, treats you like family. Dr. Syed genuinely cared about me as a human being & as a patient. I have experience professionalism, skilled. His staff was like the icing on the cake. They were efficiently remarkable to everything they do. So far I have had 3 teeth pulled out yesterday morning. I felt at ease & well taken care of the entire time as it went smoothly. I am so blown away of how magical Dr. Syed hands are. I am so impressed, No swollen gums, No pain compared to other dentist out there. I admire his work. He is perfectionist, Kind & Phenomenal Man. I could never find a dentist like him on this earth. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do but with Dr Syed, you are in good hands & he will do above and beyond. If only I could I would give 1M stars P.S: DO NOT BELIEVE ANY ONE who spend a lot of time scrolling on social media looking for something, someone to criticize. Some people has nothing else to do, no life. Trying to ruin a reputation and dignity to a Decent Dentist like Dr Syed. Believe me when I say: HIS TRULY A ONE OF A KIND. I would definitely suggest anyone to come here. I highly recommend Dr Syed. Can't wait for my next visit.

Hands down the BEST dentist in the ENTIRE country.. He is great with children.. my entire family and I have gone to him for years since my kids were small now they have graduated high school.. I love the fact he has a special relationship with each patient knowing them and thier family, it's like he is part of your family..
