Dr. Gerardo Martinez is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist. His academic career started at the University of South Florida (USF) where he completed his B.A. and B.S. degrees. He completed his dental training at the College of Dental Medicine at Nova South Eastern University (NSU), where he obtained his D.M.D. degree. After dental school, he completed a one year residency program in Advance Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) from the University of Florida. During his residency, Dr. Martinez found the field of Pediatric Dentistry as an area where he could have the most impact on the community he serves. Dr. Martinez continued his education by completing a 2-year residency program in Pediatric Dentistry from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
Dr. Martinezs training and work experience has prepared him to confidently care for the dental health needs of children of all ages, as well as actively engaging and educating parents about childrens dental health. Dr. Martinez seeks to improve the health of his patients by focusing on education and prevention. Dr. Martinez enjoys working with young patients and strives to make their dental visit a pleasant experience. The professional goal of Dr. Martinez is to help patients embrace positive attitudes and behaviors toward oral health to achieve a lifetime of healthy smiles.
Dr. David A. Delgado is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist. He is originally from Los Angeles, California. He graduated from Whittier College. He graduated with a bachelors degree in biology and chemistry. He then completed his Doctorate degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2009, in Boston, Massachusetts. It was during this time that dr Delgado would volunteer his time in the pediatric department and realized he loved working with children. After dental school, he immediately continued his academic career by completing a two year post doctoral training in Pediatric dentistry at University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) CHAT program ( community health advocacy training) program in 2011.
Dr. Delgado is specialty trained to provide comprehensive dental care to all children, including children with special needs using traditional behavior management, nitrous oxide, oral conscious sedation as well as general anesthesia. As a parent he understands how hard it can be for parents to find a trusting dental provider. This is why Dr. Delgado is committed to helping all his patients and parents have a positive dental experience. Becoming cavity free through education, prevention and early check ups in a caring and safe environment is Dr. Delgados primary goal.

This is a great place! My 6 y/o daughter has anxiety when it comes to dentist- the staff and doctor here were very patient with her, which helped to make her more at ease. We had a great visit! And they have very affordable payment plans.

I absolutely love this office. Staff is very friendly. I have a 6yr old son who has autism. Dr. Martinez is great. He is calm and patient and does a great job helping my son through his appointments.

It would be a 5 plus rating if I did not have to wait over and hour before being seen. It really was worth the wait. They are truly incredible

Today was my daughters first visit with Delaware Pediatric Dentistry and she was so comfortable with everyone. She had to have a tooth pulled and my 12 year old normally would freak out but she was so calm with them. She said it was because she didn't feel intimidated. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist for their child.

We had a lip tie repaired and it was a wonderful experience. The staff is extremely friendly and they even have a very knowledgeable lactation consultant on staff that is there to guide you through the experience. I would 100% go back

There is no other place I would rather take my four children! My seven year old has Autism and has a really hard time at the dentist. Dr Martinez is absolutely wonderful with her. He is very patient and understanding of her condition.
