I called to make an appointment, the receptionist was the rudest and nastiest person I have spoken to in years.

The front desk is awful/rude! The manager of the office, not too sure of her name, but speaks Spanish is beyond nasty. Not helpful and completely non-caring. Wonder if the real doctors know of their disconnect to the people. My family of 6 have been going for over 7 years, and would not recommend anyone of going or returning.

My family and I have been coming to this office for about 10 years now, and not only is the staff and doctors are wonderful, but also very caring. I highly recommended thus dental office because I always feel right at home when I come for my visits.

I tried to become a patient because I've heard good things from my coworker who is a patient there!! THEY TELL ME THEYRE NIT TAKING NEW PATIENTS AND THE WOMAN HUNG UP ON ME AFTER I EXPLAINED I HAVE SEVERE TOOTH PAIN FROM A CAVITY IVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET TREATED!!! I would give them no stars because I don't want to bother becoming a patient if they aren't willing to try and help someone who is in pain, I'm close to ripping out my own tooth at this point as the pain is unbearable!!! DO NOT GO TO CUZ THEY DONT WANT TO HELP

Front desk did not treat us very kindly. Were not accommodating at all. Even my son was shocked at how they treated me. My son forgot his mask bc we were rushing to get to our appointment. We live in Delaware and it takes us 30mins to get to salisbury. I called to let them know that we would be arriving about 5 mins late. The receptionist told me that she didn't know if they were going to be able to fit us in bc the dentist was very busy but to come anyway. Upon arrival we found that there was no one waiting in the waiting room...the place was empty. Since my son was not wearing a mask they told us he needed a mask. I apologized and asked if they happened to have one. The girl told me no very rudely. And didn't even attempt to reschedule my sons appointment. I understand that many medical facilities are dealing with a lot but the customer service here could really be better.

Every single time I have an interaction with the people here they are extremely rude and disrespectful. Will be finding another dentist.

In response to the owners comments. It wasn't a matter of being willing to wear a mask. I would have purchased one from your office or even wore a used one from your trash can if I were able to keep the visit I waited 4 months for. It was more important to your practice that you made a point than it was to make a reasonable accommodation for a patient seeking medical care at your facility. I was frankly just shocked by the lack of regard for me. I was a patient of many years at DE MD dental. Likely 10 years or more. My visit was cancelled by the practice without adequate notice 1st and unfortunately was pushed out 2 months. I waited 2 months and showed up and accidentally forgot a mask. We are no longer even wearing a mask in my medical office, but I made a mistake because I was in a rush leaving work and I forgot. I didn't have one in my truck and I asked the practice nicely if I could just borrow one for todays visit. They literally refused and refused to see me. After I waited 4 months to be seen from my initial call. I have referred friends and neighbors to this practice and my wife is also a patient. The staff including the doctor couldn't care in the least and would not let me borrow 1 mask so I could keep my visit. Instead I requested my medical records and left to schedule with another practice after being a customer of 10+ years. How it makes sense to electively loose a patient and a second patient (my wife) and receive a bad review over a 25 cent mask is beyond me. What a disappointment! Horrible customer service and horrible business practice. Way to go!! I'm sure you all feel very proud that you enforced your policy to not let a customer borrow a mask. What's next I can't use the office hand sanitizer? No class.

Today was my first time in a long time getting any quality work done to my teeth. I have a huge fear of the dental process being traumatized at a young age. Dr. Lingham was very gentle in extracting my teeth. I went to a gentle dentistry when I lived in Georgia and I never found a dentist as gentle as I have today. Great staff and great dentist staff. Very grateful for being their patient.

I am not surprised they have so many bad reviews. I had an appointment today at 2:30 pm. I called at 11am to request for a pre-med for cleaning. The attitude was as horrible as described. I could not get the prescription early and called to tell them I would be about 10 to 15 minutes late. On average it is takes me close to 2 hours to get to Salisbury. When my husband and I got there, the receptionist refused to let me see the doctor. Meanwhile, other patients were arriving. If someone was seen at my appointed time, is it not logical for me to go in place of the person? My husband and I were turned away with a very nasty attitude. They changed their location during the pandemic and never bothered to let their patients know about the change. In response to your reply of my review above, I was not 35 minutes late. You also contributed to my lateness by not telling me of your new location so I had to go to the old location first. When you change location during a pandemic whereby you canceled all your appointments, the onerous is on you to inform your patients. Moreover, when I called that I was going to be 10 to 15 minutes late, you could have told me not to come in. When I was leaving, Dana told me it would be better if I do not come back, when I mentioned I have to look for another dentist close to me instead of traveling a total of almost four hours to be turned away. The saddest thing was patients were arriving after me. It takes more than 30 minutes to clean your teeth. Assuming I arrived 30 minutes late, the patient who took my place was still with the doctor and going after that patient would not have inconvenienced anyone. I even pleaded that due to my total four hours of travel, I was prepared to be the last patient. The reviews I saw on the web are bad so this is not a one off. If you have any office manager, please do something about this behavior. Understandably, you canceled my appointment during the pandemic, indicating you would call back when you were open; but you never called and numerous messages were left unanswered. Thanks.

My children have been going to this office for 10 years and they still amaze me with their wonderful service. I have never seen an office with more pleasant staffing from phone service to apt time. The ladies up front always have a smile and kid word, also very helpful with insurance. Just want to take a minute to thank them all since through these trying times I know it has to be difficult to stay so positive and upbeat towards your patients. So thank you all for being so wonderful.

This office over books people and won't answer the phone because they're to busy to pick up the phone.. I had to go inside to try and check in because they wouldn't pick up after 10 mins.... I was already running late so that made me even later and they cancelled my appointment... I will never go back there... find a place that doesn't try to get every dollar by being completely over booked.
