When I had my cleaning in July 2022 she had me to schedule an appointment to remove my last wisdom tooth, when arrive she decided not to do it now I have to wait and suff until Oct to see an oral surgeon. She has lost me as a patient

Total A+++++. Dentist was great , and staff is always so nice, and dentist assistant has a bright future. Go here if you want to be treated like you are not just a person on the schedule.

I've been a patient since it was owned by Dr. Slaven. The staff is wonderful. They know me by name, and are always helpful and nice. Teresa Watkins is a fantastic dentist as well. 5/5 stars

I came here for a major extraction. Before the procedure, they asked If I wanted them to call in pain management into my pharmacy. I said I did and gave them the name of my pharmacy. The procedure was at 8am, my pharmacy did not open until 10am. My pharmacy reported no script was called in after my extraction. I start playing phone tag between my dentist who swore she called in the medicine herself and the pharmacy who claimed they didn't receive anything. Long story short I finally get angry and make a fool of myself choosing to side with my dentist. Big mistake, hours later and only after talking to a different employee at my dentist did they admit they never called in medicine and was not planning to now that I had lost my temper. They lied to me, and left me in pain. I will never go back there again. If zero stars was a thing, they would have earned it this day.

I had previously been a patient of Dr Slaven. And continued as a patient when Dr Teresa took over she is kind very knowledgeable and I had no problems being a patient here. I had even referred my Mom and Aunt. I recently had a second consultation for my son to receive some orthodontic work I was set financially to follow through with treatment. When I came to the front desk to finish paperwork and a plan to be wrote up for payment and down payment I saw Sam "Joyce Smith" roll her eyes and she's been there 40+ years with a rude and stuck up attitude towards me since she worked for Dr Slaven I've looked over it and didn't take it personal I received professional service from the rest. But this day with my 16 year old son standing next to me she was so rude and disrespectful there were several patients in the waiting area she asked rather loudly how much was I putting down and prices had changed. I had just talked to her the week before she explained the $1500 increase at that time and down payment options. I have never been so disrespected in a place of business we're i would be paying for services. I don't know what it is about me and my son that triggered the rude behavior. I did have to tell another staff to pass on the correct pronunciation of my sons name which was no big deal. But the way Joyce Smith treated me and my son I will never return to Delaware Dental Solutions again. My mom will not be back either. Well I'll be dental hunting as well as looking for services for my son. As long as Sam is there mistreating certain customers this place will loose cliental.

I just had a wisdom tooth removed here, it was virtually painless. Dr. Teresa and company are great! Could not be more pleased
