They received a check for over $2500 for replacement partials that went missing while in rehab for vascular disease. The office called and told me that they did get the funds and for over 3 months now we can not get a hold of them. We've called over 50 times and have driven there 3 times only to find an empty office. My husband desperately needs his partials, it's affecting his eating abilities and has lost much weight. If anybody knows how to get in touch with these people at Delaware dental or absolute dental please let me know ASAP

So I have finally accepted that this place was an elaborate scam in which I fell for. I visited the office 1 time for X-rays where I was given a referral to an oral surgeon and an appointment to come back to be molded for temporary top dentures which is the reason I called and went here. The 2nd time I went I handed them $850 and had my mouth molded for the immediate dentures i would use after I have my top teeth out while I waited for permanents to come in. This was 3.5 weeks ago and it's been crickets ever since. No one answers the phone and the office is closed. No prior authorization was ever sent to my insurance and now the referral to the oral surgeon is no good because it's obviously fake. I've been scammed, the name on my receipt has multiple listings online as a dentist all over PA. The offices that are legit dentists never heard of the person. The same 2 women were there at both of my appointments and some man with a foreign accent did the moldings of my teeth and said he just comes to help out once in awhile. Never saw a dentist in the building which I assumed was because I made my appointments late but I guess that wasn't the reason. Bravo to these 2 women, I saved months for that money and you managed to gain it in 2/30 minute visits to your fake dental office.

Very unprofessional, the techs and dentist enjoyed talking about how much they didn't want to be there while performing procedures. What little that was done was done incorrectly and has had to be treated since. They also may have billed my insurance for work that they never performed, but I'm looking into that now. I had complaints that I alerted the front desk to and was supposed to hear back from someone higher up, but there was no follow-up. I have left this office since and never gone back. I recommend Dream Smile Dental for somewhere local, they're very good there.

This should not get even one star. The office either doesn't answer the phone because the mailbox is full or it just rings forever. My son had 9 fillings there and 4 have fallen out. His work was done less than 2 years ago. The office has only 2 days a week for appointments (down from 4) listed on their contact info. My daughter paid a 250.00 partial payment for an upper denture and never got it fitted correctly, could not get an appointment and has not been refunded her money. They don't call to cancel appts. so when you get there it may have a note taped to the door stating, "sorry, the office is closed", or they will be there and staff will say, "sorry we didn't call you but the dentist is not coming in today!" Is this a tax write off or something? Tragic.

Please bring back absolute smile. The hygienist cleaned my teeth for exactly 2 minutes and didn't bother with the top teeth. I hope they pack up and leave to make room for better dentists.

I am legally blind and disable. The office manager at this office is very a disrespectful mean person. The Techs and Dentist are 1 of a kind.. The absolute best!! Would refer anyone to this Dentist!!

Today was my very first time at this Dentist! I walked in and was greeted by 2 lovely nice young women who were prompt and took care of me immediately. The wait wasn't long at all before I was taken back...the EFDA (Enhanced Function Dental Assistant) that did my x-rays, explained everything and filled my cavities was a doll and so great and sweet....the Dentist was also super nice and made me laugh alot! This staff knows what their doing and makes you feel very comfortable and does their procedures with absolutely no pain, and makes sure your comfortable before even touching your teeth....if you're looking for a dentist, I highly recommend this fine establishment....I'm 37yrs old and this was hands down the best dental experience I've had in my life! They've definitely gained a new patient

I was left on hold for over 30 mintues..the second time i called someone hung up on me.the third time i called i was left on hold for over 15 mintues an this was all in a 1 hour call.this is ridiculous.makes me not want to call back

The people in the back are wonderful but the customer service is very horrible the lady that answered the phone she rude and they have u on hold a lot

I was going to a Dentist and they were doing really really bad things to my teeth. They were drilling holes and not filling the cavities, they dropped composite on my tooth and left it there, and i could go on and on. I am so happy I came to Absolute Smile for a Second Opinion. They were horrified at what had happened to me and fixed it in two appointments! They are extremely kind from the front staff, to the Dentist, and to the hygienists. They are so kind and skilled and my teeth look beautiful. I can't thank the staff and Doctor and Hygentists enough for fixing the mess DreamSmile caused in my Mouth!! Yes DreamSmile....if you go there, I would come to Absolute Smile for a second opinion!! I highly highly recommend Absolute Smile. My appointments were right on time I didnt have to wait hours upon hours. My appointments were right on time and I am crying typing this because of the kindness I was shown and the care is just out of this World. They really care about you as a Patient, I mean it. It isnt a fake smile and hug. It is a genuine smile and hug!! I had gone through so much that I thought my teeth were going to fall out!! I am not joking!! Absolute Smile saved my smile and I can't thank them enough for caring, truly caring about me. I came to them in pain and they fixed everything so that I wasn't in pain anymore. The cavities needed to be cleaned and filled. That took care of the pain!! The Dentist has a gentle hand and he is very funny along with his hygentist. All the work they did they kept my spirits up. The Amazing Hygentist that fills your cavities is an artist. My teeth just look so pretty and they saved my teeth. I don't think you can thank someone enough for that. No more Motrin for tooth pain...i just needed cavities filled and Doctors that are honest and know what they are doing.

I walked into a friendly staff, very quick and efficient visit. Even managed to get my extraction without having to see an oral surgeon! Saved me lots of money! Affordable.
