Dr. Albert Zambito was born and raised in Delavan, WI. He attended Marquette University and then graduated from the Creighton University School of Dentistry, located in Omaha, Nebraska. After completing his training, he returned home to provide the families of Walworth County with the highest level of personalized care. Dr. Zambito has a genuine concern for his patients and focuses on making visits as pleasant and comfortable as possible. He provides comprehensive care and looks forward to helping patients achieve optimum dental health. Dr. Zambito is a member of the American Dental Association, the Wisconsin Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Burlington Dental Society. In his free time he enjoys golf, outdoor activities, sports, and spending time with his friends and family.

Dr. Samantha Johnson received her undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and later gained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Marquette University School of Dentistry. She takes pride in her great comprehensive care with a focus on prevention. She is a member of the ADA, WDA, and served on the Ethics and Dental Resolution Board Committee of the WDA.

We have been coming to Delavan Family Dentistry for several years now. They have always been accommodating for a time slot that fits my schedule. Dr. Emily and the Staff are terrific. Heather was my Hygienist the other day and was very thorough. A wonderful personality too! Thank you DFD!

I was a very happy patient of Dr. Hans. I was very disappointed that I wasn't told the he had already left an hour before my 6 month cleaning was do. I kept the dental appointment. I had Dr. Samantha Johnson, as I was very pleased with her. I followed up with her about a month later to have two old fillings redone, as they had been recommending me to do this for a couple of years. I had that procedure done today. Both Dr Johnson and her assistant were very kind and professional. I thought the procedure went very well and pain free. I decided to stay here as a patient, even though I really liked Dr Hans, as he has started his own practice. Great experience today!

Upset you would assume I would get cleaning done with my daughter as YOU were my dental care facility. Now I have to wait to get cleaned & my health is important with no additional plaque in my system. I feel let down. Will not return as I guess I need to go to the dentist in Madison where my dtr works.
