Dr. Albert Zambito was born and raised in Delavan, WI. He attended Marquette University and then graduated from the Creighton University School of Dentistry, located in Omaha, Nebraska. After completing his training, he returned home to provide the families of Walworth County with the highest level of personalized care. Dr. Zambito has a genuine concern for his patients and focuses on making visits as pleasant and comfortable as possible. He provides comprehensive care and looks forward to helping patients achieve optimum dental health. Dr. Zambito is a member of the American Dental Association, the Wisconsin Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Burlington Dental Society. In his free time he enjoys golf, outdoor activities, sports, and spending time with his friends and family.

Dr. Samantha Johnson received her undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and later gained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Marquette University School of Dentistry. She takes pride in her great comprehensive care with a focus on prevention. She is a member of the ADA, WDA, and served on the Ethics and Dental Resolution Board Committee of the WDA.
