A graduate of Archbishop Rummel High School and the University of New Orleans, Duane P. Delaune, D.D.S. earned his dental degree at Louisiana State University School of Dentistry, where he graduated fifth in his class. Upon graduation he continued his training at the VA Medical Center of New Orleans, where he completed a general practice residency and gained advanced training in all areas of dentistry.
In his private practice, Dr. Delaune is committed to providing his patients with the very best dentistry has to offer, evidenced by his dedication to continue his dental education. He is constantly increasing his knowledge and improving his techniques, so that his patients can benefit from the latest advances in dentistry. Dr. Delaune has a special interest in creating beautiful smiles through recent advances in cosmetic dentistry.
In addition to providing excellent dental care to his patients and serving his profession, Dr. Delaune enjoys waterskiing, backpacking and spending time at home in Mandeville with his wife, Teresa and their three children.
Gina has 22 years of clinical hygiene experience ranging from pediatrics to treating advanced forms of periodontal disease. She has a special interest in the link between oral health and overall systemic health and keeps abreast of the latest advances in this field to help her patients achieve optimal health.
She loves building friendships with her patients and says, I never tire of hearing children, grandchildren, and destination stories. I am always intrigued with the individual uniqueness each patient brings.
Eliani is very skilled at making sure her patients feel comfortable while assisting Dr. Delaune and says, I enjoy helping patients get the smile they have always wanted. She also loves being able to translate for our Spanish-speaking patients.
Originally from West Virginia, Teresa has been an integral part of Dr. Delaunes team for 31 years and has earned the title of jack-of-all-trades around the office. She has an accounting degree from Southeastern Louisiana University and is officially our Business Administrator, making sure our great team has all they need to provide excellent service to our patients. Teresa says she loves communicating with patients on a personal level when they come in for their dental visits.
Outside of the office, Teresa is a devoted wife, mother of three, and Mamere to her grandchildren. She is also an avid investor and enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends and her golden retriever Buddy.

Superb experience w/ Dr Delaune and his exceptional team. They are professional, gentle, kind, and actually care about what you want and what your goals are regarding being happy with your smile, teeth and gums. And they do it all!!! From routine cleaning/dentistry to Invisalign and veneers. My sister actually referred me after doing massive research and I'm thrilled to be under their care. After several years of dentist almost getting it right, I have finally found the one dental specialist that's right for me. Research led me to him, but his professionalism, patience, and ability to really listen to what I wanted has made me a client for life. His staff is caring and polite. I have worked with many dentists over my long life, but it has always been an anxious process. Dr. Delaune and his staff have been able to assist me in overcoming this anxiety with their stress management process. The superior dental work is a added plus! Where do I begin? I have been on this journey for a very long time and was becoming more and more discouraged. I have been told from others that I should just pull all of my teeth. I was told that "mother nature was unkind to you." Even though I have had extensive dental work and have not had the results that I wanted, I didn't give up. I began researching the web, and to my amazement, I found Dr. Duane Delaune's practice. The reviews are wonderful. I got it right this time! Dr. Delaune is exceptionally qualified and he possesses exceptional bedside manners. His staff is extremely warm, friendly and professional.
