Weather it's the Delano location or Bakersfield, Dr. Modi has been nothing but professional, polite, and accommodating to my work schedule as it is far from normal and stable. He's the ONLY dentist that I've met who is open for business on nights and weekends. And he doesn't charge extra for "emergency" or "after hours" requests. He is on time to answer our calls and texts. I not only recommend him to us locals, I will recommend and bring him and his staff some business from out of town and out of state provided he accepts their insurance and willing to travel to either office! Best dentist I've had. He also works well with me being a cash paying patient as I have no insurance coverage and fully responsible for my own out of pocket expenses.

They were so nice here! I was so scared to go to the dentist because I felt I would be judged for not going so long but they were so nice and made me feel so comfortable. Even during the procedure Dr. Modi was encouraging me and telling me that i was doing a good job. That made me feel so good. They will forever be my new dentist. Please. If you're scared or feel like you'll be judged, come here. You won't regret it.

Office staff are very welcoming. Dr. Mod is amazing and very gently. I have extreme anxiety with dentist. Dr Mod was very understanding and professional. Recommend this office 100 percent

First off they got in touch with me around 2am to get me in to their office at 8:30am. Fast and friendly and wasnt packed. I will be coming back. Try them out they are amazing.

Simply put, Dr. Modi and his office staff are amazing human beings. As soon as you walk in to the office, the stigmas and fears associated with visiting a dentist are instantly wiped away. You feel at ease, especially because Dr. Modi's etiquette and workmanship is so professional and calming at the same time. I really liked the fact that Dr. Modi spends time with you discussing your treatment plan and options, and allows you to ask questions until you're satisfied. I will be recommending Dr. Modi to all of my family and friends in the Bakersfield/Delano region!!

This is one of the kindest dental practices I have ever been to. I had a very bad tooth infection and couldn't find help anywhere in Kern County for this emergency. I called Delano Family and actually spoke to the dentist himself. They fit me into there busy Saturday schedule and they fixed my disabling tooth pain in less than an hour. I will highly recommend using them for any dentistry services, especially emergency situations.

Dr. Modi is great. Very professional and considerate. He's very honest about what you need and what is in the patient's best interest. He doesn't sugar-coat anything and he treats people like family. A rare gem in today's world of healthcare, he spends time with you and listens. Office staff is also very nice and accommodating. It literally has that family dental practice feel. Hence, the "Family" in Delano Family Dentistry.

From the minute I called the lady at the front desk was very helpful. Dr. modi and his staff are extremely friendly and caring. loved the service provided to me and my husband. Definitely felt taken care of despite our circumstances, didn't feel judged in any way. I will never switch to any other dentist.

I was so happy to find this office. They were able to see me the next day for an emergency. The dentist and staff were very patient, and gentle, and explained what was going on to help alleviate my anxiety. The office was very clean, easy to find, and had plenty of parking available. I will definitely be back.

The Staff is very friendly and helpful my concerns are in regards to the global pandemic we are all effected by, the front desk receptionist was caughing with out at least covering her mouth, They donot check your temperature upon arrival Donot Require Patients or Staff To Wear a Mask or water wash hands And allow people to sit in waiting area without a mask I Hope We Are All Safe During This Covid Threat I Hope This Helps Bring Awareness To This Issue

Visiting Delano Family Dentistry has been, by far, the best dental experience I've had in a very long time. I had an emergency situation last weekend, on a Saturday! Most, if not all, dental offices are closed on the weekends, but not Dr. Modi's office, he's always on call! Dr. Modi from Delano Family Dentistry was able to get me in immediately and take care of me in a flash. The office was clean, the office staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. Dr. Modi was gentle, kind, funny and put me at ease immediately since I'm a wreck when I go to the dentist. He explained everything he was doing, checked with me often to see how I was feeling; and, also gave me his personal cell directing me to call him anytime with questions/concerns. It was all around and excellent experience! I'm glad to have found my new Dentist!
