I was very disappointed with the service took them two months to make my dentures then when I finally got them back they were never available to meet for adjustments I would not recommend anyone go there for anything ever! They did not take the time to make sure I had what I needed or I was happy with the service!!! Because I am very dissatisfied with the whole office.!

I don't usually do this, but I had to give my honest opinion about this place I do not recommend. The front lady is nice that I don't have nothing to complain about, but the dental assistant is rude & aggressive. The dentist had left me in pain for 3 weeks straight because he didn't fill my cavity right, had to go to another dentist to get it fixed since they didn't have appointments available till a month later. I hope they see this review & take this as a lesson for future patients.

I don't usually do this, but I had to give my honest opinion about this place I do not recommend. The front lady is nice that I don't have nothing to complain about, but the dental assistant is rude & aggressive. The dentist had left me in pain for 3 weeks straight because he didn't fill my cavity right, had to go to another dentist to get it fixed since they didn't have appointments available till a month later. I hope they see this review & take this as a lesson for future patients.

They accept Medi-Cal. Great staff and easy to make appointments within the next 2 weeks of your phone call. My Medi-Cal covered my X-Rays, cleaning, polishing, and fluoride treatment on my first visit. I was told Medi-Cal will pay for one cleaning visit a year. Sealants are not covered and are $62 dollars each tooth. Easy street parking or behind the building in the parking lot. Thanks Delano Dental!

The are very rude at this office ... I had went in about a month ago for a filling done on my front tooth a couple weeks later that same tooth is in extreme pain and surrounding teeth now .. with in that month I had missed an appt due to emergency surgery ... so I called to make an appt the "manager" tells me that she don't have anything til 2 weeks later .. I asked if she had anything sooner because I'm in a lot of pain.. she was like no and you missed an appt so I don't have anything open til then.. (ok what does a missed appt have to do with that I'm dealing with right now) anyways she gets an attitude & I get an attitude back.. she was so unprofessional that I told her I would look for another dentist .. she's like ok whatever do what u want.. anyways I call around no one wants to take me since this dentist has already done work that I have to return to them .. I call back the next day she has an attitude again talking about u said u find another dentist so u can go somewhere else ..so I asked told her your very rude is there someone else I can talk to other than you she was like no because I'm the manager .. proceeds to tell me that I can go to another dentist like she told me yesterday and hangs up on me... so not only did they mess up my tooth and I'm in pain they are extremely rude .. I would not recommend this place to anyone ...
