The staff and Dr. Delaney make you feel very welcomed. I have never experienced anything like the friendly, warm, welcoming pleasantries that the office exudes!!!! I have already recommended others to your office.

Today April 23, 2021 9:00AM Dr. James Delaney did my crown work for one of my lower back teeth. I got there at 9:00 AM. and was out by 11:00 am, NO LATER. Dr. James Delaney completed the task of doing the first half of getting my tooth ready to day for the finished crown work on May 21, 2021 . Dr. Delaney always works like an artist doing dental work. He always wonderful with completing dental task at hand, and helping to keep the person in his chair feeling at peace. Now , I for one think makes for a great dentist. Thanks !!!! I have never had an aversion to the dentist and my visit to Dr. D today has kept my streak going. Dr. Delaney's office staff was warm, professional, and helpful. Dr. Delaney explained my issue clearly and gave me relevant steps toward correction and increased quality of life. I am happy and on my way to dental health recovery, thanks to Dr. D.

COVID-19 has effected the the world with Good and Bad Changes. Returning to the Dental Office of Elite Smiles was a GOOD Change. I had stopped Dental Visits for a year since COVID-19 entered my world as a precaution to be safe. I noticed so many GOOD Precautions when I returned back to Elite Smiles Dental Office. First the entry into the Dental Office was pre-planned for you to be the only patient waiting. All appts are scheduled (1) hour apart for COVID-19 Precautions. I then noticed your personal belongings are placed in a separated room to avoid the spread of the virus. The staff and their equipment's again are continuing efforts to further practicing cleanliness. And also again the service and the patience I received from my Dentist, Dr. Burke continues to please me well. She is the only dentist that apologies for inflicting pain. "I am so sorry" is repeatedly said throughout my visit. As I constantly hear this, it is so soothing to my ear and it helps my psychic to manage any pain or discomfort I am feeling.

Dr. Delaney and staff have a very thorough efficient protocol in place for ensuring that patients and staff are protected against COVID while receiving treatment in his office. They explained every step of the procedure. I was very reluctant to go to the office, but after I saw all of the precautions in place, I felt very assured. Thank you Dr. Delaney and staff

DON'T DO IT! SCAM ARTIST AT WORK! This practice loves to switch insurances and not send out information updates to his patients! And if that wasn't bad enough, even when they call to confirm and bring up your account, they will not even bother to update you! It isnt until after you're finished and you get the bill that you realize and by that time, office staff like Angela Walker, talks to you like your a child and should have known better. Even after talking to Delaney himself about what transpired, he walked away from me! And instead of addressing the real issue, they would rather set you up with a payment plan! The entire reason I had gone to him in the first place was because he accepted my insurance and I wouldn't being paying so much!

Run far, far away from this dentist office and the dysfunctional office staff. My husband and I both received the worst treatment we have ever experienced from a medical organization - most particularly, from the Office Manager Lily Rodriguez. From miscommunications about canceled and changed appointments, to a lack of ANY notification of the office moving its location, and a complete lack of notification (either by mail or phone) of change of insurance acceptance, dealing with this office was a nightmare. Dr. Delaney may be a very nice man, and I'm sure he is a competent dentist, however he will continue to lose business based on the complete disorganization and total lack of customer service provided by his office staff. I would have communicated these issues to Dr. Delaney during my last (and most certainly, final) appointment, however, he failed to show up to my 6 month check up. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT give him any more business until he completely changes office staff or your wallet and nerves will pay the price.
