A Southern California native, Dr. Dovey completed his undergraduate work at UC Santa Barbara and dental school at WesternU College of Dental Medicine in Pomona. He graduated near the top of his class and has been inducted into the prestigious national dental honor society, OKU. His philosophy of dental care involves providing friendly, high quality patient care, in a comfortable setting while educating the patients on the importance of complete whole body health and wellness.
He met his wife, Emily while in Santa Barbara and moved to San Diego several years ago to be closer to her family. They have two young daughters and he enjoys spending quality time with family, camping, snowboarding, and enjoying all of the outdoor activities San Diego has to offer.
Dr. Larkin, originally from Toronto, Canada, completed her undergraduate degree from UC San Diego and her doctorate degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. After spending 4 years in the desert, Dr. Larkin felt her calling was in San Diego. She recently married and bought a home with her husband, Ryan, and is proud to call San Diego her forever home. She enjoys going on hikes with her hus-band and athletic maltipoo, surfing, and making wonderful memories travelling.Dr. Larkin does all phases of dentistry, but really enjoys the cosmetic side. She has spent countless hours researching new techniques and learning from worldwide in-structors through various media sources. Dr. Fadavi received her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree in 1999 following that she obtained her Master and Post-Doctoral certificate in Endodontics in 2002 all from Boston University School Of Dental Medicine. She is a member of American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Los Angeles Dental Society and American Association of Endodontics. I was nervous for my dental visit but the whole staff was very friendly and helpful. Kassidy at the front desk was very welcoming when I walked in the door. Grace and Dr. Dovey we're awesome!

In all honesty, I'm AFRIAD of the dentist from my past experience in my childhood. I was nervous coming in but all the staff were so friendly and ensured that I was comfortable. I was able to interact with Emma, Grace, and Dr. Dovey and I appreciated the time and care they put into my imaging and diagnoses. I would recommend booking an appointment here if you need dental care and not putting it off like me - Post first filling appointment: I hate the dental noises but the team here makes the experience so much better! Dr. Dovey did my fillings with the help of Grace and the process was so fast and painless. Emma helped me afterward and is amazing as always!

I am was a new patient. Got my initial visit x-rays and cleaning. The office was quick and everyone was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I had Kelly as my hygenist. I have a few problem areas that she addressed and gave advice on prevention. She was great and insid not feel shamed just feel as supported. The dental assistant Grace and Dr. Dovey got my exam completed quickly. They conveyed the result concisely and gave different treatment options that could align with my budget/coverage and schedule. I chose to get a crown done as quickly as possible. The office was able to fit me in next day. I was in and out of that appointment under 2 hours and when i left the office my mouth felt like nothing had been done to it. I would recommend this office to anyone.
