Dr. Paulina Del Rio proudly followed her mother's footsteps into the field of dentistry. Her mother, Zully, still practices in Mexico. Dr. Del Rio earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at California State University, Hayward and graduated from the University of the Pacific, School of Dentistry with her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She went on to complete Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of the Pacific Dental Clinic in Union City, California before beginning her private practice in 2010.
Dr. Del Rio strives to stay on the cutting-edge of the latest advancements in dentistry by keeping memberships with the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the Southern Alameda County Dental Society.
Away from the office, Dr. Del Rio enjoys spending time with her family, attending her children's basketball, soccer, and baseball games. She also enjoys travelling and reading, and is active in her church. Dr. Del Rio looks forward to meeting you and helping you keep a beautiful, healthy smile for a lifetime!

Our staff is uniquely trained and highly skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Our staff consists of team members with specialized training and multiple certifications, and each one of our team members has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.
I have been in the dental field for close to ten years. I worked as a certified dental assistant before transitioning to the front desk as a Treatment and Insurance Coordinator. I enjoy reading, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

I have practiced dental hygiene for 12 great years. Ive lived in the Bay Area most of my life, and whenever possible Ive traveled to some amazing places all over the world. On my free time I like to spend it with family and friends.
I love being here working to better our office. Our patients are the best and I love when they walk out with a big nice smile on their face! The perks of working with my mom are awesome and I look forward to continuing in the future!

The staff are so polite, they remember your name right off the bat & are so cordial! Most of the time going to the dentist makes me so nervous but I'm starting not to feel that way anymore thanks to Del Rio Dental. Cannot recommend them enough! Seriously, just have them as your dentist already

Long time patient (maybe 15 yes or so). I was put off by a virtual roulette wheel of hygienists, each time getting worse and worse. The last hygienist visit was so bad I almost walked out mid-treatment. I KNOW we are in post-COVID times, it's hard to hold onto good employees, etc, but if you ARE a training facility for hygienists, you should let patients know ahead of time. If you are NOT a training facility and have trouble retaining quality hygienists, maybe you should examine those reasons, too.

This dental office does exceptional work. It's also a plus that the staff there is ALWAYS respectful and kind. They are no doubt on of the classiest dental facilities I have ever frequented.

My daughter has had a tooth ache for a while now and I decided to have her seen here. The Hygienist, Mia, was so sweet reminding her to sing the birthday song while brushing to remember time. The assistants Jewell and Dallas made her feel relaxed right away. We now have a treatment plan that helps my baby get the treatment she needs and not hurt my finances.

I had a great experience as a new patient to Del Rio Dental Studio. I would like to give my praise to RDH Mia, she took excellent care of me throughout my cleaning, she ensured that I was comfortable and was diligent in explaining my oral hygiene to me.11/10 highly recommend.

Friendly, thoughtful and professional staff ready to make your dentistry experience the best it could be. It was my first visit and went through the routine exam and cleaning. Had a wonderful experience with everyone, from front desk to dentist chair. All the pricing and procedures were communicated with me before hand, including during if anything was found (lucky for me there was not!) Had a very positive experience and looking forward to coming again for my 6 month check up and cleaning.

Staff is super professional and educated and not to mention very friendly and sweet all of them including the hygienist, dental assistants and front desk, Dr. Del Rio is also very sweet and friendly! Definitely found our Family Dentist!!!

Friendly staff, prompt service! Coming to appointments is always a pleasant experience. Financials are discussed up front and any questions are readily answered. They are also understanding and patient when it comes to dental anxiety. I highly recommend Dr. Del Rio, my husband and son are also patients of hers.

DONT GO HERE, bad experience $1000 cash for tooth extraction. 700 quoted elsewhere, got it done for $350. Dr refused service when I requested no extra work additions and unnecessary add ons. Referred me to someone who was a joke. I left in pain with a tooth cutting my tongue. Charged $193 for exam. Quoted $50 for that elsewhere. There good people and bad, Dr Paulina is not good. Bad business organizations and greed at work. Caution....

Not to shade other offices but I always felt ashamed getting a check-up. Before being a patient at Del Rio Dental, I'm no longer scared of going to the dentist. You'll never be judged which makes me nervous about getting a check-up before. Del Rio Dental have amazing staff that treats you as family. Office is always clean, Lighting makes you feel comfortable, and they are helpful. After my first check up, the doctor explain the step and cost of what I wanted to get done. You are not $ to them, I feel like they truly care to provide a better smile. They always address you by name, they will know you once you enter the door.

Dr. Del Rio is a great doctor who listens and takes the time to explain treatment. I'm currently getting Invisalign done and it is such an effortless way to straighten my teeth.
