Dr. Ogunware & team are a joy to deal with on every occasion. They always put the patient first and have created a friendly, welcoming environment in their practice. Pair all of this with both Dr. Ogunware's extensive clinical experience and you will not have to look elsewhere for any of your dental needs. I Highly Recommend!

If you read all of the other positive reviews I would say that I concur with everything. In my 70+ years of all the dentists I have been to, I would say that del norte is by far the best experience ever, in all facets. Service, attitude, paperwork, everything. And today was just my 2nd visit. You wont be sorry.

Don't fall for their gimmicks. I went there to meet this dentist for the first time and to get an opinion for a problem I was having.I was told by the dental assistant that they were having a special for $29 for full x-rays and exam. She said it was a no brainer. I agreed and then was told several months later that that was only for patients with no insurance. At the time they took all my personal. information including my insurance. I expected to pay $29 when I was billed. Instead, they billed Delta Dental, who paid for all x-rays but not the visit. Now I'm being billed $43 for the visit. When I explained this to a very rude office person she was adamant that the special was only for people with no insurance. She said what was told to me at the time of the visit didn't matter and that I still needed to pay the balance. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and the dental association. Beware! this to the o

Got a new crown with Dr O it fits perfect, color is perfect, I love her outgoing positive attitude!! Kathy did an excellent job on my cleaning!! I Definitely will keep coming here.

I had the most wonderful experience at Del Norte Dental. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone treats you like family at this office. I received reminder messages about my appointment and they were able to accommodate a new patient appointment very last minute. Dr. Ogunware was very thorough and has a great personality. She immediately put me at ease and so did her assistant. I did a whitening treatment as well and I am thrilled with the results! My teeth are at least two shades whiter and I have received several compliments. I would highly recommend Del Norte for all your dental needs!

I just left the office and I want to cry tears of joy. I never thought I would ever see the day my 2 front teeth would look so beautifully normal. I didn't even have to get crown or veneers! I absolutely LOVE THEM!!!!!!!!! Thank you so much to all the ladies who helped me. They are like surgeons the way they perform. AND SO FRIENDLY AND SWEET! I'm so grateful for what they do and glad I never left their practice. Will continue coming here for my dental needs and 100% recommend. Also, Dr. Ogunware did a beautiful job on my husband's veneers. He won't stop smiling now. THANK YOU LADIES!!!!

I want to say thank you to Dr. Ogenware and Chris!. I have had really negative experiences in past with dentists and limited dental work needed until recently. I expressed my concerns to the Dr. before a procedure for a filling and a crown. Chris and and the Dr. listened attentively, made adjustments for the anesthetic, spoke about their steps during the procedure and made me feel totally comfortable. They are so professional and I appreciated their team work as well as their focus. Even though they were busy, I felt like the only client in the office. FIrst Dental procedure, pain free and supported. Feel like I landed in the right office. I even got the massage chair during my procedure.!

My experience at Del Norte dental as a new patient was okay. The dental hygienist Romell who did my cleaning was super nice and sweet however I cant say so much about Dr. Ogunware, I felt my exam was rushed and impersonal. As a cash patient she diagnosed me with two two-surface fillings and one one-surface. When I went back to my dentist he let me know the two surface fillings were only one surface. The price difference between a two surface and one surface is pretty significant especially as a cash paying patient. I don't think I have to explain further on this issue. I also do not appreciate the way my phone call was handled when I called requesting my xrays, I don't expect a snooty attitude or a 24 hour wait to receive my xrays. It takes five minutes at most to send digital xrays.

I have (had) been a dental patient of Del Norte for the past seven years, since 2012. It is a clean and professionally operated dental clinic, however, be advised that in early 2018, the facility was sold by its then long-time practitioner, James Wright, DDS, to the current (partial) owner, Dr. Carolyn Ogunware. (As an aside, it appears that the other half of Del Norte is owned by Dr. Tom Schuh, who is associated with Copper Mine Dental at Madera Canyon) Since the indicated ownership transition, there seems to have been several personnel changes at the clinic----sometimes for the better, but sometimes not. That said, it is not the same dental clinic that it was a few years ago. Between the noted personnel changes----and a "misdiagnosis" by Dr Schuh, when I had made an appointment to see Dr. Ogunware----this reviewer is concerned and is in the process of searching for a new, Green Valley area based, general dentist.
