Start to finish, I was so impressed with the quality of care I received here. The front staff office team went above and beyond to sort out my insurance, making multiple phone calls with me to get me seen asap. The dental assistant was encouraging and calming as he helped me through the many x-rays I had to take. Both he and Dr. Mednick were obviously very passionate and precise about their work, while maintaining a great level of bedside manner that helped me relax and comprehend what was going on with my dental health. I got to come back later in the day to get the first cleaning I had had in six years. The technician paid close attention to giving me the best clean possible without causing undue pain to my cavities. All of this happened yesterday and I have never been more encouraged from a dental appointment. Thank you, Dehnert Dental.

The Dehnert Dental staff are always 100% professional. After thinking I had "broken" a tooth I was able to get an appointment on the same day. Gratefully, the "broken" tooth turned out to be a partial crown that had come loose. The dentist glued it back in place and I was on my way! I highly recommend this dental office. I have always been treated with utmost care and respect. The quality of care seems outstanding.

Gentle, kind and competent staff. I'm definitely a wimp when it comes to dentists but this office is great with all levels of dental fear. I definitely recommend them.

As always, a great place! Great admins, great assistants, great hygienists and the best dentists around! Focused, professional, kind and attentive. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have someone take care of my dental needs. Overall best staff in Tucson. High praise I know. But mean every word.

Very pleasant experience. It was nice to not be in pain when oral surgery is being performed. I had such a wonderful experience and honestly cannot wait to get the rest done. Thank you to Dr Mehnerdt and her girls they are the best.

He has been my Dentist for over a decade. He is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate, as is his staff. I wouldn't allow anyone else touch my teeth. I cannot recommend him and his staff more highly!

Awesome staff. Very considerate of personal issues. Fast, accurate, and you Know exactly how long each appointment will last. Very satisfied. Also you don't have to wait more than a few minutes of the time of your appointment.

I've been with Dehnert Dental for more than 20 years and have always highly recommended them. I'm even more impressed since the start of the pandemic. This practice has been a shining star throughout the pandemic. Way ahead of most others, they really keep up with the science. In the beginning: distancing, plexiglass barriers, masks, and sanitizing. As the pandemic progressed and we understood more -- they added portable HEPA filters installed in ALL rooms. Now ALL staff are vaccinated and wearing gloves and masks for your safety. In addition, Dr. John Dehnert and Dr. LeeAat Mednick are superb dentists with wonderful support staff. You couldn't ask for a better dental practice.

Well run, professional office, but run by a dentist with a Napoleonic personality. Do not be surprised if you wait in the lobby for 30-45 past your appt time. And if you leave because you have other commitments and won't wait, expect a letter (in all caps LOL) dictating that you are no longer welcome as a customer. YMMV

i was a patron of Dehnert for the last 16 years. the clinical staff is awesome and professional. However, staff provides you an appointment reminder card then you find out they have a different date in their system when it gets to your appointment. Then you have an office staff getting sarcastic and an "oh well" attitude when the customer expresses not appreciating this practice. the feeling I get over this repeated issue is that they don't care.

Always professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable and skilled staff. I feel safe with Dehnert Dental during Covid. They clean frequently and take all the steps they can to ensure clients won't be exposed to Covid, using wipes, sprays and even fans in each room to guarantee air movement. Many staff members have been a part of Dehnert dental for years. A sure sign that staff like the work environment too. Keep up the good job!!!
