Dr. David R. DeForest has been in General Dentistry since 1991, when he started his practice in Oregon, Illinois. He received his Bachelors degree from Western Illinois University, where he was a member of Beta Beta Beta Biological Honor Society. In 1988, Dr. DeForest received his Bachelor of Science in Dentistry and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1990 both from the University of Illinois in Chicago. He is an active member of the American Dental Association and the Illinois State Dental Society. His commitment to maintaining a state-of-the-art practice is done by his devotion to continuing education for him and his team and by using the newest technology available.
He supports the community through his membership in the Oregon and Byron Chamber of Commerce, sponsoring an all-girls softball team, and donating to the local school districts. In addition to dentistry, Dr. DeForest enjoys snowmobiling, water activities, aircraft piloting, and relaxing by the lake with his wife Carla and four children.
