You can visit our two convenient dental offices in St. Charles and Lake St. Louis.
Dr. Bret DeForest has been practicing dentistry in St. Charles since 1985. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Missouri and his dental degree from the University of Missouri School of Dentistry in Kansas City. Dr. DeForest has completed hundreds of hours of post-graduate continuing education. He is committed to continuing education and training in advanced techniques. Dr. DeForest believes that this is a very important and critical aspect to ensure the highest level of patient care.
Dr. DeForest is married to his wife, Carmen and has two children, Whitney and Aaron. He enjoys boating, hunting, fishing, and sporting events with his family. Dr. DeForest is active in the community and is a past president of the St. Charles Kiwanis Club.
Dr. Aaron DeForest graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in Biochemistry andhis dental degree from the University of Missouri School of Dentistry in Kansas City. Dr. Aaron DeForest is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and Missouri Dental Association. Dr. Aaron DeForest enjoys running and playing soccer in his free time.
Both Dr. Aaron and Bret DeForest are truly dedicated to provide the highest standards of comprehensive dentistry while focusing on the individual needs and desires of their patients. They offers multiple general dental services including fillings, root canals, dentures, crowns, bridges, and dental implants. We also offer teeth whitening and cosmetic dentistry.
Madonna has been working in the dental field since 1980 and has worked for Dr. DeForest since 1990. She and her husband enjoy riding his motorcycle, working together in their yard, and entertaining family and friends around their pool. They also enjoy spending time with their three dogs, Riley, Hank, and Pete.
Jan is a mother, wife, and grandmother. She and her husband have been married for over forty-five years. She has worked for a dentist since 1997. Jan and her family spend a lot of time at the Lake of the Ozarks in their boat on the water. Her biggest enjoyment is playing with her grandson and granddaughter.
Pamela has been a dental assistant for ten years and has worked for Dr. DeForest since 2008. Pamela, her husband and children enjoy camping, float trips, bike riding, and going to community events. Her hobbies include sewing, music, antiques, and flea markets.

My mother (the patient) and I are so glad we found Dr. Aaron DeForest. Every visit has been a good experience. Dr Deforest is very patient and explains the procedures that need to done in a very clear and empathetic way. The office is nice and they are doing all Covid-19 precautions correctly. We would recommend him for your dental needs.

Today was my first dental appointment during the pandemic. I was very pleased with the safety precautions in place by DeForest Dental in Lake Saint Louis. In the waiting room, chairs were placed at a safe distance from each other. Masks were worn by all and my temperature was taken as well as answering a few questions to be sure I did not have any Covid symptoms. I was taken a few minutes before my scheduled appointment. The waiting room and examining room had been cleaned and sanitized. The entire staff is both courteous and respectful. I would highly recommend Dr. Aaron DeForest and his team for your dental needs.

As a rule, I am not fond of dentists. I began seeing Aaron DeForest DDS 3-4 years ago after avoiding the dentist for an extended time. He, and the staff at the office, have brought me to the point that I am okay with going to the dentist. They are helpful, considerate, and gentle. I recommend them highly.

My visit was a great experience. Everyone was friendly and gentle with no high pressure sales for unnecessary services. I enjoyed having the Doctor do all the prep work himself rather than popping in and out like other dentist with so many handlers and assistants. I would recommend this dentist and I am happy we found him.

Dr DeForest explained everything step by step..and showed me snapshots of what he did!!! Loved the modern up to date equipment he used. Tommy and Dr.DeForest are very personable and it was a great experience from start to finish. Definitely will be back for any future dental needs

I've been a patient of DeForest Dental for over a decade, however, this was my first visit to the Lake Saint Louis office. The office is clean and fresh, even with some new technologies that added to the ease of my dental experience. Dr. Aaron DeForest was thorough and patient in his review of my numerous questions. Check-in and out was seamless. They even played my favorite music. Not sure how they made a dentist appointment fun, but they did! Thanks, and see you next time!
