Such a great office. The staff are so sweet and Dr. Defay listens to what your concerns are.

The wife of the Dr seems to think she is above federal law and the Ada. She needs to look up laws on handicap parking and private business. Because she is willing to kick out a handicap person so she can park there and then continue to walk around complaining about it. Making disabled people feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Won't recommend or take my teen to this office just because of this.

Spectacular experience! I had recently moved to the area from a neighboring state mid orthodontics treatment plan (top, partial braces only) when I had a couple of issues that required somewhat immediate attention. Dr. Defay and his practice were beyond obliging with addressing these issues, which helped put me back on the path of braces freedom. (Without their help, regression would have been inevitable.) Not only were they able to see me same day (on two separate occasions, no less), but they were so kind, accommodating and thorough. If you are beginning orthodontics or looking for a provider, this is an excellent practice to consider. I am so appreciative of their services and have only positive things to say about their facility, staff, and commitment to radiant smiles.

Dr Defay is a great orthodontist that cares about his patients and keeps up with the best technology. The office works with my crazy work schedule and has a lot synergy. All the staff is kind and considerate but Kennedy is my favorite.

I took my 10 and 7 year old in yesterday for new patient consults. We were treated with such kindness by Penni, Staci and Heather. My kids were so excited to be there and had a great experience. Thank you Dr. Defay for such a great office.

If you are looking for an orthodontist, please look no further (seriously). I cannot say enough good about this practice. Professional, friendly support staff, well-appointed office, clear/fair pricing structure. However, the most critical piece is the competence and caring of Dr. Defay and his staff. My son had a recent injury for which he needed emergent orthodontic care. Dr. Defay and his assistant, Breann, spent two hours with my son on a Sunday. They treated him with nothing but kindness and compassion and also expertly handled a scary situation.

We love Dr. Defay and all the staff at the office. Lets be honest, no parent wants to pay for braces, but they have been awesome to work with and made it fun for our kids. We've done standard braces, but love the clear aligners and they make them in house. It's super convenient.

My daughter got her braces off today! Now all three of my daughters have absolutely gorgeous smiles thanks to Dr Defay! I have had several people ask where I go for orthodontics because the quality is so obvious! If you're looking for a perfect smile Dr Defay is definitely is where you want to go!
