The office woman is great - friendly and tries to remember everything about the client. Dr Carolan is wonderful! Very skilled, very personable and creates a good atmosphere. The process is costly but we are getting a good outcome for it.

Friendly staff, prompt service, excellent orthodontist (Dr. Carolan). Only drawback is the hours here at this branch. They are only in this office 2x per week. You can schedule at another clinic but you may not get Dr. Carolan and she is fantastic. I moved out of state and I drive 2.5 hours to get my son to her for care. Their prices were comparable to others in the area as well.

Worst office ever. The receptionist's rudeness surely cost them thousands in new patient fees, as we walked out. We will never be back.
